Some of those guys took over rebuilding programs too, which I mentioned. I can't think of a coach in a similar position who lasted.

The recruiting just isn't anywhere close to good enough to remain patient. But I have been critical of that for awhile. I don't see it changing.

I can't think of a single P5 program that isn't rebuilding with a new coach that would accept back to back losing seasons without change. It's really hard to have losing seasons in CBB. I think even when Turgeon came on and had no talent and had a bunch of transfers did they not suffer through a losing season.
Gotta stand up to JT2. This is not his program anymore and he can only hurt it more than help it with his presence.

I would love a PM of whatever happened. Seems more interesting than the games I've watched.

This board loved Woods. To me he was never that good. Got hype early in his high school career, but never developed skill wise. But dunks are cool I guess.

That's the worst last posession I have ever seen. It's so fitting.

Delgado is a workhorse. Him and Govan could not be any more different.

Gonna need to bring in a lot more talent into the program. We can't even best the worst P5 teams.

Honestly, he's a better fit at a lower level. Always saw him and Tre as ideal fits at VCU. I think VCU was the main competition for Tre. They have non-existent halfcourt offensive games.

I define elite as top 50. 10 to 15 are gone after one year. The guys after that should be really high level college players.
I'm glad we have stayed away from Rafus. Just a bizarre situation and not good enough to warrant it.

Yeah, I saw that article Etomic. I don't get how he just listed us a couple months ago coming at him hard and now we're not listed at all. However, we were at his game today so it's just confusing to me These kids are so far from a decision that very little of this stuff matters at this point. Next month it will be a different list of schools, and when EYBL starts it will be a different list from that list..lol While this is true, if you aren't a blue blood, you gotta be consistently in the picture with the elite kids. The blue bloods will drop in and out of the picture because they can. Lists are also meaningless unless they come directly from the kids' mouth. Writers are going to mention the top programs for clicks.

I am not enamored with either Jagan or Mulmore as Big East caliber starters, but Jagan is younger. If two guys are even, you play the younger guy hoping they develop.

Literally every team we play has better guards. It's such a handicap.

Butler and Creighton will continue to slip. If we get to 15 losses, we aren't making it. And I can't see us not losing 5 more times. But at least we can watch the games with a glimmer of hope.

Mulmore too quick for his own good Either pull it out or keep going to the rim. He pulled up in a bad spot.

Garrett is your classic volume scorer on a bad team. Never been a fan.

DePaul is terrible. I don't think they would win most low major conferences. They are throwing up junk and it's going in.
