The future looks bright! We have some long distance bombers! Massoud welcomes any opportunity to shoot the long ball. His release is not quick, but just right. Hope we step into it and shoot the 3 every chance we get!

Great win for us despite the loss. I completely agree with Coach. Our guys really grew up today. Massoud is learning on the fly. Solid, solid effort by Epps, Styles, Supreme, and Heath. Love our coach and his style of leadership! What an encourager! What a non-whiner!

Best shooting team we have had in a while. The depth is a little bothersome.

Brumbaugh was a key player! Bristol also came through in the clutch, despite fouling out.

Right now, we just need to go out there and have fun, learn from our losses and wins. No need to lose confidence. We must play through the early pains. Things will get better.

We need to develop our go to point guard! However, Heath was impressive. Love his cutting/ slashing style!

Wow! What makes Cooley different, in my opinion, is that he sets the bar high—across the board!

Of course I don’t know this for a fact, but I believe Cooley is who Georgetown wanted once they realized that things were not working out with Pat. Cooley has both connection to JT2 in terms of leadership style as well as that separation and create a new era at Georgetown. We are all in the same boat: we just want to win!

Man, I love the enthusiasm on your part! I think it reflects an honest opinion from the heart! I know it is so hard to get jacked about the team, especially after the dismal performance of the last five years. Five years in the wilderness will cause even the most staunches fan—like me—to grow weary. I believe we have shaken off the ghost of the past five years with a relationship-building and winning coach. It seems to me this has also helped our recruiting. Love the guys we have brought on board!
I just want us to be competitive! Anything beyond that will send this fan jetting into the stratosphere line the guy in that Michael Jackson video!

Love it. But can we bring back the 80s Hoyas instead? 80's were for real! Dominating!

Just love the way Cooley has approached his time at GU thus far! It all demonstrates that he:
Has a plan That plan is to win, restore the program Share the success with a wider community

I can’t recall the last time—not going back to the 80s—that I have seen such impactful recruits right out of the shoot. I don’t understand the reluctance to say we are going to be “pretty good”? No impact recruits since the 80’s? No, no, I didn’t mean it like that. Just meant that I was not talking about the 80s! Of course we have had many: Porter Green Munroe Etc.!

Very happy with where we are and the job the new staff has done so far. Don't know where we will finish in the BE this year but the dread I felt in prior years has been replaced by excitement and anticipation. I would be ecstatic with a winning record and making the tournament. Like I said, I would be over the moon!

Our roster has certainly filled out. It's got a few positional holes. It's also made up of a lot of former 4 star recruits who didn't necessarily perform in college to that level yet. So there may be more than just the clearly visible holes. But there's raw talent there in many cases. We're thin in ballhandling and in bigs, but we do seem to have athletic guys on the whole who want to defend and a decent bit of shooting. With some proper coaching, there's a decent team there. I agree with the assessment. And, I do believe we have the “proper coaching.” Let the games begin!

I believe we are going to be a pretty good team. Love the upgrades all the way round! Not sure I'd go so far as to say "pretty good," but we're definitely trending upward. I can’t recall the last time—not going back to the 80s—that I have seen such impactful recruits right out of the shoot. I don’t understand the reluctance to say we are going to be “pretty good”?
