Are you equating not getting minutes on a Kentucky NCAA tourney team with not getting minutes on a Patrick Ewing team? In any event, still not something you have to throw out there 20 minutes after the young man commits. Totally agree! Let’s show our new arrivals all the love and respect that we would want if it were us!

Yes, that’s because everybody is always looking for a fall guy and not appreciating the completion and the level of greed out there. Furthermore, do you know how easy it is to say, “You’re fired!”

We fire sales reps who come back with that answer. Yes, that’s because everybody is always looking for a fall guy and not appreciating the completion and the level of greed out there.

Base on how things are going in our hunt for a center—and our failure to do so—this may have given Mutombo new life. What do you think?

This portal business—and NIL—has turned college sports into the absolute Wild West! This is shocking! And it is crazy!

Love the guy! Gave it his all every night and every day he stepped out onto the court! I guess sometimes our best is just not good enough. Wish the young man all the best!

Is Epps still with us?! What about Fielder? He has been known to pop a few three’s. And maybe Massoud will get his groove back! Massoud is gone. Hamdullah (thank G-d). Massoud?! Yeah, I don’t know. Just really disappointed in him!

Current roster doesn’t have a lot in terms of catch and shoot 3 pointers. Curtis had a bad season, but if he can be rehabilitated, then it could be worth the try. Ask Calipari about strategies to win with freshman in today’s game. Which is why you need to develop a "core" of 3/4 year players. Tough in the NIL days, but possible. Yes- a new coach will need time to get there, but if he sticks to his plan and doesn't panic.... Been saying this for years!

I was really rooting for Rowan. I think he improved over the course of the season, but its still questionable if he has the talent to be a starting PG in the Big East. Defense just suffers so much and he turns the ball over a ton. If we are bringing in another guard or 2, the writing is probably on the wall. I wish him well, maybe he can start for a solid mid major program. I really hope we keep Fielder. Me too. Wish the young man well. This is a crazy world of college basketball! What are we doing? Playing checkers?!

We should not—and must not—underestimate the level of play in the conference. Our last coach did that and got burned every year. Having poor people and communication skills did not help either! We have to build by over-building! We need to keep our core players together for more than two years. I have said this so many times, but we need some bruiser-type players who are tough grinders. Cook is not far off. Let’s build on what we have! Go get em Cooley!

One of the few games I have seen this year. Discouraging to be behind by 10 to start. It didn't seem that the Hoyas would ever score. From then on the Hoyas made a game out of it. Some careless plays did not help. But I like Fielder! Too bad he got caught up in foul trouble. But a good game to watch, but I missed the last 7 minutes, because my tape ran out. I would have been frustrated anyway. Well then, you missed the best three point shooting by the Hoyas in decades! Just hoping that this is all a warm up to tournament play.
