Nice! Great to add a little frontcourt depth. It seems this rounds out what appears to be a very solid recruiting class. Also, great name and great sign-making possibilities. "The 11th Commandment: Thou shall not enter the paint vs. the Hoyas..." Excited for next season already. Now all we need is Greg to postpone the NBA and no transfers... Finally, anybody else enjoy the irony that this was posted on the Washington Post's "Terrapins Insider"? Haha, SMH...  |

Welcome, Moses. I think we should begin to downplay expectations given the reports from folks who have seen him. He's talented/athletic, but best shotblocker since Ewing? I know Pops said it, but that may have been a bit of a sales job. I'll be happy if Moses is half the defender that Pat or Deke was.
I also don't think long term it is good to have so much attention focused on him. His camp brought some of it onto him due to the constant press communications, but probably a good idea to tamp it down.

Geez, kc. Way to put the pressure on the kid right from jump.  How long until Hoya South logs on to tell everyone that Moses is not Big East caliber? Anyway, screw that. Welcome to the Hilltop Moses!! The sign ideas abound. I'm already thinking that whenever this kid goes to the line, the two sides of the student section on that end of the court should take three steps away from the center towards each side. ;D (I can't wait to check the Indiana message board. ) |
