WOOOOOOOO! 14-2 run to open the half, and not a shot further than 2 feet from the basket. THAT is winning basketball! Keep it up!!!!

Maybe it's like the Ryder Cup. If UCLA wins, they retain the trophy.

Refs have left a lot to be desired, although, they really have been awful both ways, letting a lot of physical play dominate which bodes well for us.
I just hope Chris doesn't get frustrated by the foul calls. He's playing well, just not with great results. Keep doing what you're doing, Chris, and it'll come together.

Shooting aside, I think we look really, really good. Defense was stellar. Presence was there. The shots will fall. Keep up the intensity. They can't beat us if we play with that intensity.

Vaughn gave us great minutes there, and we made a run with Greg on the bench. Compare to last year. Yep. We look as good as a team can who has 28 points and is shooting 35%. But, on the road against a top-20 team, we're doing everything you're supposed to do win these types of games. Just gotta keep it up.

Uhm, yeah, refs, uhm, when you slam a guys hand and the ball goes out of bounds, that's usually our ball. Just sayin....

I'm usually pretty hard on Chris, and today I like what he's trying to do even if it's not the results we'd want.

Ridiculous call, but I gotta say that I like how we've ratcheted up our physicality since then. Feels like we're really throwing the muscle around a bit more than usual today.

On a totally unrelated note, if you were a above-average casual fan of college basketball, wouldn't available courtside seats to a top-20 matchup get you mildly interested enough to go?

I'm torn. I love Chris making those initial passes that initiate the offense. I just wish he was making them better. With such ugly turnovers, can't complain being tied.

I'm looking forward to seeing Clark in these early games. I miss having guys who could pour it in for 4-6, 5-7 from 3...

7 offensive boards will never really concern me. They happen.
It's when you start getting into double-digits against teams that can go right back up with them for 15 extra points a game that you have problems.
If Yahoo is close, I like the rebounding numbers, especially 8 from Vaughn. He's going to be the most important rebounder we have, I think. If he gets 8 per game, those are the the 4-5 extra offensive rebounds that would help sink you in BE play.

Where is this elusive boxscore of which you speak?
Searching for it is far more interesting than reading Trusts & Estates...

Horace made it a game, which for his squad meant a lot more. Tough to say much without having really seen it.

Tough to tell from the radio, but sounds like the Tigers played us very very tough.
