This is going to be a big spring/summer for Summers, Since he could not work much on his game last year(injury). He made great strides defensively and in terms of rebounding. This off season Summers needs to improve his handles, mid-range game, and lateral movement. He needs to become a complete basketball player. Right now he does not project to being an NBA first rounder next year, but if he works hard and really improves...

Take a cue from Len Bias and what he did over one summer period to make himself a star.

Because they both are the type that will anchor whatever programs they choose. They will both come in and have big time freshmen seasons and be the best players on their teams. Favors is the closest thing to Amare Stoudemire I've seen and Sidney might have the best combination and skill and athleticism I've seen in the past few classes. Better than Beasley? He isn't as athletic/strong as Beasley so he won't ever dominate like Beasley did, but skill wise he's there. He can really stroke the mid and long range jumper. He reminds me alot of an in-his-prime Chris Webber.

Lance had a pretty good weekend. He was not playing with his normal AAU team, he was just jumping on to a team that was playing like last week. His team lost a game last night in Arkansas. It is funny, the so called experts are running their mouths like Kenny Boyton is on the same level as Lance is now(LOL). There are Boytons in every class. Another undersized shooting guard. There is only one Iverson, and then there are a lot of Chris Duhon/Jason Williams...
As for Lance, I do not think that the addidas thing is going to be a big deal for him. In all likely-hood Lance will sign a phat addidas contract when he goes pro. So playing for a Nike(Jordan) college program won't matter much. Heck AI played for the biggest Nike AAU team(BOO) and the biggest Nike college team(Gtown). Then AI signed the largest shoe deal in the world at the time with Reebok, and Pops nor Boo pressured AI at all about going Nike. Over a decade later nobody has sold more shoes and apparel in the world than AI has(except Jordan).
Of course with the Lance hating that I'm hearing, that must mean he is a Hoya ;D

What Lance hating are you referring to? Recruiting gurus are taking shots at his game or something?

Recruiting gurus are taking shots at his game or something? yeah, my guys that were down at the tourny in Ark said after Lance lost that some of the "gurus" media chatter boxes, were flapping their yapps(LOL). They must have thought that they were at the Rucker BTW. Karron Johnson has not gotten much better in two years.

I had a dream the other night that Lance committed to the Hoyas. I think it's a sign. What exactly are the chances of him coming to the Hilltop? Any word on where he's interested in (besides that Scout.com article)?

Hey moe,
Since you are our entertainment director, are there going to be anymore episodes of Bourne Ready? I know Lance has a movie in the works.

This is a quote that I've gathered from several sites:
"The webisodes, which will be released in near real time, will follow Lance through his sophomore and junior years in High School, with plans to continue to document his journey for the next three years."
Of course, this quote seems to be taken from before the documentary even started, and there's little reporting that I can find otherwise... What I'd wager to guess is that if anything, they'd probably do next year (I would guess that somehow the three years are supposed to be from his Sophomore to Senior years of high school, not the next 3 from this point on, but that's just a guess). As for spring/summer I would have to doubt it. However, I only took a little bit of time to look since it's 2 am here... and I've gotta head to bed. However, it would be great to see him at Georgetown, and I'll look some more tomorrow.

Lance made first team USA Today All-American as was already pointed out, so I won't post the link. But I will post this link:

So the only connection between Lance and Gtown is that he mentioned he will talk to the coaches when he comes for USA try outs. Well when are those try outs? I really like the kid as he is a hyper athlete with great skill and size, but i would love to have more concrete info on his relationship with gtown.
