Well, i don't think it's an issue. Roy will manage.
And if that's all we have to be concerned with, hand us the trophy now.
Turnovers and the play against the zone are going to be the deciding factors.
It's not just Roy...
Padgett has to play back to backs on his bad knees...Syracuse if they want to go anywhere have to do it with 6 players.
It can be a concern for anyone, playing consecutive days is no easy task. However Roy and this team have done it before, and done it well.
IF he has to play 35 a game for 3 games straight, it's more of a concern...but who's to say we don't click for a game or two and get to rest him??
Plus playing on Thursday at noon...if we win we get a few extra hours of rest for a Friday night game.

Vegas has the Hoyas as clear favorites, at 1.5 to 1, to win the Big East tournament, a line I personally find shockingly optimistic.

Are any radio stations streaming audio of the tournament? Preferably the whole thing, but I'm most interested in the game going on right now. WTEM seems not to be broadcasting at all, and even Nova's station isn't streaming. I didn't have the stomach to check out Cuse's station.

Villanova made a comeback to close it to a one point game. Lovin' it!!! My only hope is quadruple overtime. I would have made it more overtimes but that was the last one I thought I new how to spell!

The only thing better than multiple overtimes would be a bench-clearing brawl.

The only thing better than multiple overtimes would be a bench-clearing brawl. If that happened, Cuse would get worked, since it'd be 6 on 13

I'd like to see Nova win. Notwithstanding that I'd rather not see SU again and attempt to relive 2006, the key for me is that I don't want 'Nova to be denied an NCAA bid. If that happens, you can bet that for two days all we'll here about is the .1 foul on Wallace.

Well it definitely looks like 'Nova right now. They can't miss from three.

I like this - maybe we can shut people up about the foul call in the Nova game by giving them a whupping tomorrow.
Nah, we'll probably never shut them up. But the whupping would be nice.

Holy smokes. 'Nova is going off in the second half. Donte Harris is such a chucker--he should have packed it in after going 3/4 from downtown early.
Bring it 'Nova! The Heart Attack Hoyas are ready for you!

So what's the over/under on ESPN/Mainstream Media pundits who point to today's win for Nova and the foul call and predict a Nova win tomorrow? 10? 15?

Oh, the shame and humiliation.
Sure, Georgetown won the Big East again this year.
Sure, the team has won 12 out of it's last 14.
Sure, the Hoyas ran up a ridiculously gaudy regular season record, with only four losses overall and only three in the toughest conference in the country.
But I can't believe we lost to an NIT team!
;D
So long, Magoo. If it's any consolation, you'll get to play all of the rest of your games this season without leaving the state of New York again.
Let's go Hoyas! Bring on the Mildcats!

Holy smokes. 'Nova is going off in the second half. Donte Harris is such a chucker--he should have packed it in after going 3/4 from downtown early. This is a terrible game. You would think one of these teams would actually want to impress the committee rather than engage in a 3-point skills competititon. Donte Green and Johnny Flynn lost this game for the Cuse by negating their size advantage over Nova and turning it in into a shooting competition. Boeheim must be furious. SU is likely out again.

question for those watching the Nova game. What's up with fischer? he has 0 points and only 1 attempted shot according to the ESPn game tracker. Is this true? Is he hurt? CBS box score says he only played 5 minutes, did he get injured in the game?
