Holloway played some solid spot minutes for us too.

What does grad transfer course work involve? Additional classes towards a 2nd undergraduate degree or something along the lines of a master's degree?

Q is the more polished and refined player, but I think Tim is going to be good too. They both have two years of eligibility remaining working with Coach Ewing. They'll be fine. Both are coming along nicely.

Chudier is arguably our best all around player. He is the MVP of the team this year. His emergence and insertion into the starting lineup sparked this turnaround. He is a great communicator on the floor, always talking it up among the guys. Just a good leader.

Bananas can help with excessive looseness That is only if one eats them instead of going bananas like the OP.

Not surprised by the outcome. I was impressed by UCONN's ability in our first game against them. Thought they were the best team we played this year. This game only reaffirms it.
Loved the fight by the guys in the 2nd half, but this game was going to be a tough one just to have a chance.
On to the next game.
Go Hoyas!

I would rather see TJ out there taking a three than Kobe. TJ can't keep up defensively.

Wahab is a robot. He has to make the same moves to get his shot up as shown by that last travel. He is surprisingly more mechanical this season that last year and that is what is most frustrating. Thinking more than just playing at times. He has more skills this year than last year, which causes him to think through his moves as he plays sometimes. Over time, that should stop as he gets more comfortable.

They have it. They aren't afraid to bang and mix it up. They have passion and will. It is just that their skills aren't refined enough to give them that kind of confidence. They are only sophomores. Q isn't the most athletic either. You solve it by gaining more experience. Both were raw last year. They've progressed from year 1 to 2, but still have ways to go. You can see the potential in both. Think Ya-Ya Dia or Don Reid rather than Mourning or Ewing. Don Reid was a dawg!! But he was raw and didn't emerge fully until later in his career as an upperclassmen. Give the guys time.

Wish our bigs had a little dawg in them. How do you teach that? They have it. They aren't afraid to bang and mix it up. They have passion and will.
