How will this discussion change when we are 0-4. A sickeningly real possibility.

Was at the game today with my daughter. Beautiful fall day and the winning goal was a very nice set up and finish. We dominated and deserved the win.

Was listening to ESPN radio yesterday. Their take on likely scenarios was that nothing would ever come of this. Thought was that it is too easy for a big Louisville booster to offer McGee a nice guaranteed job for the rest of his life provided he tells the NCAA nothing. They can't legally compel him to tell them anything. Without him case likely goes away unless someone else comes on record to say what happened. Why would they? I dont think they saw the evidence this woman has if they are saying this. She kept track of everything in a ledger. She has pictures of her with players(hanging out in the residence hall) and with McGee in the residence hall so he cant claim he doesnt know her. They also have 7 girls who have confirmed everything she is saying. Sorry this wont just "go away" If Lyle truly confirmed to the NCAA that it happened they have enough Perhaps it won't go away but it was ESPN that broke the story and the guys discussing it included one of the journalists who broke the story. Just passing along their spin on it. I think their point was that Deflategate has taught us that what a private organization can do to punish someone is different than what is determined by a criminal investigation. Certainly the ncaa could use any criminal proceedings as part of their investigation but no one has to testify before the ncaa. If ultimately there is no criminal case and records are sealed the case changes potentially. That was just their spin on it yesterday afternoon FWIW. I don't know which way it will go but unless Louisville moves to fire Pitino in the next week I doubt anything happens for quite some time.

Sling box is a good relatively cheap option. One time cost. My sister has one that I have used to watch Hoya skins and caps games here in philly for years. The key is having a home tv or good friends/relatives tv in the dc tv market. Won't do you any good if the tv it is connected to is in Boston. Also has to be someone you know well as you can actually change the channel they're watching remotely so you don't want to create any animosity. Can also access and watch Dvr if they have one to set recording of games to watch later. Good luck. Feel free to PM me if you have questions.

It was a strange turn of events. DSR warmed up before the game and then 15 minutes before tipoff he was "injured" and didn't play in a potentially very important game. Later tweets that he is fine and returns with no ill effects the next game. Personally I wasn't convinced that the announced "injury" by the staff wasn't covering something else. Of course, this could all be HT conspiracy theory run rampant. I just thought the injury was suspicious at the time and now seems slightly more so. You know there's also a difference between being hurt and being injured right? Really?! Gosh never knew that. Personally can say that I've always played hurt and even injured. But maybe I just don't really understand the difference and need you to educate me. Looking forward to getting coached up by the rock.

Or maybe he really was injured and it made him think twice about returning and having a worse injury next year.

I'm not being intentionally obtuse here: can someone fill me in on what this connection would be? It was a strange turn of events. Later tweets that he is fine and returns with no ill effects the next game. Personally I wasn't convinced that the announced "injury" by the staff wasn't covering something else. Anyone see a connection between this and the sudden somewhat unexplained DSR injury where he said afterward that he's not injured? Seems a strange coincidence.

And he was fouled. 4 point swing. Same ref who called the screen call on hops.

If they had called their center for sticking his arms out and clothes lining Dsr on the "screen", that foul never happens.
