And from the forward position...Courtland Freeman...he was what... 6'8 or 6'9 with a career fg% under 40?

Ray Reed, could log ten minutes and hoist seven awful shots.

Lets pick a few wins this week, and we'll deserve the ranking.

We play like a mid-major, hoping for an upset... we settle for 3's, even though we have extremely talented guys who can get to the rim. They are truly awful right now.

I could not be more impressed with Big John and the kids, especially Morgan. She is the most composed and eloquent ten year old I've ever heard.

If we end up being on any sort of bubble at the end of the season for the NCAA tourney, this game could speak volumes. As of now our non-conference, quality opponents, are Tenn (L), Memphis, and Duke. Let's prove that we belong with the nations top twenty by notching a win over a ranked, non-conference opponent this Saturday. I personally think Duke is vastly overrated, but winning there will be very, very difficult. This is our opportunity, lets not blow it. I don't want to be on the bubble with a potential 0-3 record vs ranked non conference opponents when all is said and done...

Let's get serious... he's a pop culture icon, who sells millions of records, has a blog on ESPN, and turns things into gold like king midas....he's obviously doing something right, not quite a moron. I hope he wears more Gtown gear, great publicity for the program as far as younger fans are concerned.

What;s the feel on campus concerning students staying for the Memphis game? We need a big crowd.

After that game, and the recent local recruiting dominance we've had, you really think Gary wants to play us again? It would have been even worse last year...

Jason Clark is one hell of a rebounder for a guard

Len Elmore is also hilarious, referring to the status of the programs "Georgetown may have a bit of an edge right now." Really Len, a bit of an edge...yea, and the current Lakers have a bit of an edge over the current wizards.

I know omar hit 3 trey's against Tennessee, but I still cringe when i see him getting significant minutes, he simply isn't nearly as talented as everyone else on the floor...wish we had some real depth.

Also, MD has thus far outplayed us in this tourney, which makes me want to cough up my thanksgiving dinner. They dominated the sixth ranked team in the nation, while we squeaked by Wichita St, and then blew it against Tennessee. Sick feeling.

Tennessee wanted the rebounds more, we did not. They went after the ball with purpose while our players tip the ball around several times. More importantly, we aren't going to get a single Big East win with awful, careless, turnovers. We couldn't get the ball inbounds!

Only the first game, no reason to panic. We didn't look good against WM last year. That being said, our rebounding is dreadful, as it was last season . Our guys HAVE to be get more aggressive, especially when we start playing some physical teams. Clark is going to be special, he can d like rivers, and isn't worthless on the offensive end(as rivers was). Omar needs to lose minutes. If we continue to give him mins like that against Big East teams, we're going to have some problems. On the positive end of things, Greg is going to be a stud. Clark is going to be great, and Chris, minus the ft shooting, is going to be a great point guard.

Following the Pistons- GS game tonight, the post game show included an interview with AI and Sheed, conducted by JTII. Iverson was rocking a Hoyas hat, more good publicity from one of the best to ever wear our uniform...
