BUM loves to blame Georgetown for everything, but seriously, why won't Maryland fans show up to this event? Most years, they play against a good team. I think the tickets are pretty cheap. If the game was in College Park, they'd fill the place easily. But it looks like there are 5,000 people in the Verizon Center tops. UMCP fans really can't be bothered to make it downtown for one game a year? I just don't get it.

Jeff knocks down three free throws with 4 seconds left to send it to Triple Overtime. He's got 37 so far w/Durant out. On NBA TV now.

Seriously, I don't care that it is still November. That's one of the best regular season wins ever. At least one of the most exciting.

Keep your composure for the OT, but wow. Good lord, wow.

Hollis has 4 fouls, I believe. I'd also assume he's having trouble defensively. But who isn't?

At least we are trying to slow it down a bit.

I get the feeling we could score 120 and not be safe.

If the Boise St. kicker were a Colombian soccer player...well, to be honest, I think he'd need police protection either way. Wow. What a horrible way to lose.

That was our first test against a team with pretty good size. It's not the Big East, but I'd say we passed.

Jay Williams has missed Henry Sims completely tonight. There's no point in watching the game if all you have to do is channel Coach K coach-speak. Ask Vitale.

We haven't shown this sort of swagger in quite a while. Love it.

The man-beast Henry Sims isn't going to let a missed jumper stop his mojo. He's flying around out there!

Can't fault the effort in any of these games so far.

Also like how we are contesting nearly every three point look for them. The defense is working hard.

Nate was a decent shooter in HS _ I predict it will come for us too in time: "He shot the ball consistently in pick-and-pop action (off both down screens and ball screens), scored with a variety of fundamentally sound post moves (drop steps and up and unders), and even faced up to score off the bounce (in isolations from the short corner or coming off the ball screen at the elbow)." "He can bully people in the paint, stretch defenses to the three-point line, and drill mid-range jumpers." espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/recruiting/player/_/id/46143/nate-lubick Thanks. Good to know.

What is Nate's offensive game supposed to be? I'd never seen him play before this season. He's constantly on the wing, but he shows no signs that he's an outside shooter. Can he play in the post? What are his strengths?

III got a laugh from the ODU coach after the game. I'm almost certain he stole a line from Pops and said, "Great game. We'll never schedule you again."
Can't read too much into anything, but we would have and did lose games like that all last year. The effort was terrific.
