I'll know nothing about hoops when the debt mountain crumbles or when you win an argument that nobody played bad tonight !

C'mon Jeff, get the ball and go to the rack. Rivers and Ewing looked like a grenade was going to go off in their hands. Down two out of the timeout, Jeff gets the ball wide open at the top of the key and passes to Roy who is double teamed ?? Game over. Bilas or Raf even made the point that he is a possible PRO. He has got to do more !

Granted Roy was invisible tonight, but where the heck was he for the 10 minutes that Sumpter had his four fouls on the bench That is exactly where Roy was on the bench - It says a lot !!!

MARCH 3rd my Friends !!!!! I know it can't erase it but a Jeff Green dunk on Thabeet similar to Iverson's over Rudi Johnson and a Hoya rout would go a long way to ease my pain. I have to live in this crappy state and listen to Marble Mouth calhoun spit his gargle all over every newscast and paper !!

It is great to see JYD in the top 25 of all time HOYAS. Wish he was with us for four years instead of two. I hope that this team comes out Saturday and the rest of the way with the same intensity that Jerome showed while wearing the Grey #42. I think that III should lock them in a room Friday night and just show old game tapes to get them ready.Go Hoyas spank the leprechauns !

Also was at the arena at Harbor Yard, ealry enough to see the end of the Division II thriller Stonehill vs. Mercy. Stonehill cruised in case you were interested. Anyways, here were some of my views. - I asked Egerson who was sitting a few seats over from me waiting for the other game to end, how Tyler was and he said, aiiight - and that he didn't make the trip. - I would agree with alot of the posters that there wasn't much fire from Jeff or Roy. Judging from early warm-ups/shootaround I wasn't sure Jeff was going to play. He had on double warm-ups (shooting shirt over long sleeve) and had bottle of gatorade in his hand throughout. He had tired body language. I couldvery well be making something out of nothing. The only emotion I saw was at the start of the second half when Dajuan hit a shot that froced a timeout-he let out a big yell, and chest bump. This kind of scares me seeing we are traveling to Cameron and Michigan in a few weeks. I understand that this was Fairlfield but after ODU, I was expecting more life. - As Roy sat from the 14 minute mark throughout the rest of the first half with no fouls, I kept wondering where he was and even yelled for him a few times.Either III didn't hear me or had other plans. Then what I figured is that he was giving Jeff a chance to take over, which didn't happen. He had some very key assists but often passed up open jumpers/drive opportunities. He needs to be able to get us going, His only spark tonight was right out of the gates after half, a two and a three on back to back posessions which basically told the Stags their night was over. To his credit there were at least two non-existent foul calls on him. But if he is dominating a game, refs might swallow those calls out of respect. As of now, he is not earning them. - PE Jr. looked clueless, Marc rebounded/defended especially well, and Jeremiah almost fell off his chair with shock when III called for him early in the game- to his credit he played very well. - I was with a non-hoya fan who told me that Summers looked like the All-American and not the Ticket, who still looks very raw. Thought it was a good point. - Rockaway- those were MAAC refs. I was in the second row 105 and a long time fairfield tix holder was in front of me, yucking it up with the refs who individually stopped over to say hi and he called them all by name and yellled at them by name throughout.
Happy Thanksgiving- We all have alot to be thankful for in the basketball world. It was tough getting some of the turkey down in the Esh years knowing what was ahead. GET well TC !

I'm in ! Just sad I didn't get tickets next to Jahidi like I did last year at MSG vs the Johnnies on the floor as he made a mockery of their cheerleaders and band. Let's get the HOYAS rolling into the holidays with a spanking of the Stags.
I declare hunting season open !

If Green takes less than 5 shots we will get beat every night. I understand the importance and effectiveness of the Princeton offense, but they have to go through him more. Bottom Line !

If last night was any indication, it could be a long year for Big Mike. A DNP play in a blowout. Unless he was injured, that is an awful sign. Alot of new faces and all seem to be ahead of him in the depth chart. Ben Wallace, this new foreign dude, PJ Brown, Tyrus Thomas, Luol Deng, etc. Just not a good fit for Mike. Then again- he might have trouble finding his way into our lineup this year (kidding). I wish him all the best and it frustrates me to this day that his type of talent was wasted with Eshrick.

Anyone have an idea when single game tickets go on sale ? I understand the delay in trying to get as many season ticket packages taken care of, but we are two weeks out and they aren't on sale yet. Seems to be pretty consistent with all BE teams.
