As I said fellas, Gtown was the better team yesterday, congrats and best wishes tonight. Yes, JRE owns the miscues, but we certainly have to take the bad with all the good - no doubt the guy was pressing hard with no other offense than Samuels.

Yup, JRE (6'9") had 26 points and 6 rebounds against a 6'11" and & a 7 footer (neither who had more than 6 rebounds themselves) - such a poor performance. Not sure what game you were watching, but even with his miscues he schooled your bigs. As for the criticism of Jay, watch Willard and Hurley tonight, see how quiet they are. JRE is a very fundamentally sound player who is tough to stop. He is usually going to get his points against most teams. All college coaches work the refs, some are just more visible than others. Some are more effective at doing it than others also. Wright has been successful for long enough now that the refs give him a lot of slack. This is exactly my view of JRE. There's nothing flashy about his game, but he really knows how to play. Everyone has games where they miss a few free throws. Unfortunately for JRE and Nova, they were a difference maker yesterday. Heck, Seton Hall had an 85% free throw shooter who was 0-2 today. I wish JRE were a Hoya.
