Sweet. Now we can finally fully implement the Burn offensive we've all wanted JT3 to use.

You're fast. Was just about to post this.
I really have enjoyed watching ND's offense the last 2 years. I hope JT3 incorporates some of those concepts.

according to casual's post on him he worked closely with ND's guards and was in charge of their national recruiting. This could be an extremely important get for us, especially for someone like Tre.

Notre Dame has been heavily recruiting Chris Lykes - so solomon may already have a strong recruiting relationship with him. Notre Dame also lost another assistant today - Martin Ingelsby is leaving to become the HC at U of Delaware.

I don't know much about him but I do like the fact that he's coming from a HM program that has had some recent success..
Welcome to the team!!

some info is starting to surface: I don't know how much this helps us since ND wasn't perceived to be at the top of his list. I am a big fan of this hire though. Putting PE Jr in an assistant role would have been a poor move.

Solomon is also the lead recruiter for Lykes. Love the hire!

From what I have been told by a handful of D1 Coaches I'm friends with, Anthony Solomon is an OUTSTANDING HIRE!

This is what gets me most excited about this hire.. Recruiting is very important but to me getting the most out of the kids on the team is even more important..

Big time addition to the staff, kudos to JT3 for convincing him to leave Notre Dame for this position. Like that he's had experience running his own program at St. Bonaventure, has a reputation as a very good teacher and strong recruiter. Was lead guy on some of the Irish top targets over the last few years, including Demetrius Jackson, Zach Auguste and TJ Gibbs. Probably no such thing as Associate Head Coach at Georgetown, but if there was, have to think Solomon would be the guy.
