As a frequent lurker but infrequent poster, I think this is the right place for me to express how excited I am about our signings and the future of Hoya Basketball. Congratulations to JTIII and his staff for landing these top recruits and may it continue in the future! I haven't been this excited about Hoya Basketball since I was there! (read my username)
I think this year will be a great one and JTII is laying the foundation for Hoya greatness for years to come - I could not be happier with the state of the program and can't wait for the season to begin!

Is it me, or is JTIII's proven strength thus far the development of players as opposed to the recruitment of highly ranked players. Of course, now that his recruits are in the fold, we can expect to see the best of both worlds.

Of course, now that his recruits are in the fold, we can expect to see the best of both worlds. I agree, but I think he has proven both that he can develope players (see: Roy, JWall, maybe Jeff, although you could argue he would thrive anywhere and under anyone) and has proven that he can recruit high profile players (see classes of 2010-12). What he has not necessarily proven -- thought I don't doubt that he will -- is that the players he recruits thrive in his system.

Amazing... let's wrap up Clark and worry about the scholarship questions later... no need to worry about schollies with them, Clark and Braswell are both '08. You misundertood my post. I meant the scholarship questions this year concerning the available ones for the H.S. seniors.

Nobody is saying "nyah nyah nyah." We're all Georgetown fans and want the best for the program. I'm just wondering if all people could join us in congratulating the staff on this one. It didn't happen for the Wright commitment, so I wonder if it could happen here. It is that simple, and, for some reason, these feelings haven't been conveyed. Why the pushback? What I got instead was a recitation about how 2000 people don't have time to post on the board. Is this some sort of McCarthian challenge? Do I have to swear allegiance? When did Jersey become the thought police? Man, I get bogged down in law school and don't get a chance to post as much...and I got people reading me the Patriot Act.
