Clark is a 6'3 PG from O'Connell. Top PG in the area in his class. GU has been on him for a while.

Way to go JT3, you got the top 3 players on the top 3 teams of probably one of the top 3 most talented and competitive conferences in the country. Muy bueno!!

I'm not sure I'd compare Braswell to Jeff. Jeff is a much better outside shooter, and is better at getting to the hole from the perimeter. Braswell is a more traditional post player, and seems to be a bigger defensive presence.
Braswell is certainly more versatile than an average PF, but he is less of a combo forward than Green.

No comparison to Green, just observing his perimeter skills and face-up ability. Footwork is impressive too. A slimmer Sweets perhaps?

Well, look at them at the same stage. I think there be more of a comparison than some think. That said, Braswell is a bit more of a PF than Jeff and has the defensive ability which Jeff lacks slightly.

What a great time to be a Hoya fan! -- getting Braswell is huge!!! Watched him on tv during an AAU game this summer and his potential is vast. We have laid the foundation for many years of being a top notch team/program. The staff is getting it done.

Huge pickup for the Hoyas, Braswell is an absolute beast. I really think that JTIII's recruiting class of 2008 will be Georgetown's best ever, considering the fact that JTIII has solidified himself as a rising elite coach and the fact that we have so many scholarships open.

I won't go so far as to say he is an absolute beast, as I've only ever seen a highlight video of him playing (not exactly a fair sampling), but I like everything I've read and could not be more excited.
Our recent recruiting success is a brilliant appetizer to what I am sure will be a masterful regular course/season.

Sorry hoyals, I get a little caught up in the emotion when great stuff happens for the Hoyas. I have little experience of watching him play as well, but can't I be a little excited by what other people have said? I stand by my usage of the description "absolute beast."

getting braswell is just another feather in the cap of this staff. what they have done in the short time they have been here is amazing. getting clark also would just be icing on the cake. great job by the staff. getting austin first really set the ball rolling with wright and bras IMO.

Does anybody like this potential 2008/2009 lineup:
PG: Wright SG: Freeman SF: Summers PF: Braswell C: Macklin
We went almost 10 years without a Top 30 recruit (last before Summers/Macklin was Anthony Perry). Soon we could have a starting lineup comprised exclusively of Top 30 recruits.
Facilities, schmacilities.
