The ability of this team to lose guys on ball screens is unmatched. Hoya defenders are watching the ball not their man, the space they are covering, nor covering passing lanes. Almost every play there is a Johnny wide open with a Hoya watching the ball and covering an empty space. Heads need to be on swivels.

That was a travel. Pivot foot clearly came off floor. Can't call that on the home team in MSG. It's a law.

Nice to see the team display more fight than 95% of the people posting here.

Nice to see the team display more fight than 95% of the people posting here. They’re making shots. That’s not the same as showing fight.

The shooting pct of our opponents in the last 5 mins of close games is almost statistically impossible. It’s amazing.

Great effort, but back to the rule where you are not going to win if you do not get stops.

Great effort, but back to the rule where you are not going to win if you do not get stops. I think they scored on 13 of their final 14 possessions.

Almost every play there is a Johnny wide open with a Hoya watching the ball and covering an empty space. Heads need to be on swivels. Sending a check to Fox Sports for detailing exactly this with Styles watching the ball on the weakside and losing Luis who hit a wide open jumper. Not only Styles, but Epps, Ish, and Heath get caught doing this. Bristol knows how to not get burned (most of the time).

We better get used to Luis killing us. Does he have any more years? Kid can play.

Good fight, but that run of dumb TOs with 3-4 mins to go was the killer.

Disagree on the fight part. Fair enough. I see the effort offensively, but the porous defense is just too much for my tired eyes. I agree 100% on that. I don't think it's that they are not trying (most of the time) but they just haven't (still) gelled as a team on defense. They did a nice job in the first half but execution in the second half dropped considerably. The bogus 3rd foul on Fielder totally changed the game, as posted earlier. They are currently a much better team with him on the floor, at both ends.

Love the fight this team had all season, good enough talent to hang with a lot of teams just need some more pieces. Better than last few years, proud
