Win or lose he's going to find a way to praise Akinjo, dude annoying Lol!! Am I miss reading Trey's post...to me it reads like he's saying we have less wins with Akinjo...or is he saying that we now have half the amount of wins?....anyway Trey shouldn't comment in favor of a malcontent that he never played with...

Not to bring any negativity to this great win but now that Butler loss really hurts!
We would really be in a decent position right now for a bid...

Been a while since I've posted, but just had to chime in to say Hoya freakin' Saxa! What a comeback! We don't get treated to many of those as a Georgetown fan, especially under today's circumstances.

GREAT WIN. Refs were very bad- not as bad as the last game, but we still got a very raw deal nonetheless, and still won- great work. Really wish Allen had not stepped in and Pickett would have dropped the Kermit Washington action on that punk. Nice to see Pickett wake up and have a pulse. That was old school Hoyas and I liked it. Are you really saying that you wish that Pickett had left him with a fractured skull, fractured jaw, smashed nose, leakage of spinal fluid, lying on the court unconscious in a pool of blood and requiring extensive facial reconstruction surgery? Because that's what happened to Rudy Tomjanovich when Kermit Washington hit him. Not really something worthy of joking about IMO.

They called random fouls on entry passes to yurt, but not hand checking on the perimeter. Or actual real Stuff underneath when there were drives. Honestly - both ways thought they were terrible. I did like the flop they called. I wish they called that more often, not just when the baller carrier falls down (like yurt did)

Akinjo was about "me". Trey is his buddy....You misread his post. He thinks we would be better with Akinjo. Maybe talent wise, but the young man has to get better advice about life.

Great win. Not to encouraged about a MRI on Mac but fingers crossed. 3-6 in conference half way through. If we can go 5-4 the rest of the way. We are right there

Love it! Hate that I did not get a chance to watch the game. But maybe that was the lucky charm.

Congrats to the team and staff for keeping up the fight and stealing a win. I thought the ball moved very well on offense but we missed a lot of open threes. I love seeing Yurt kick it back out after receiving in the post.
Not sure this win will mean much in the long run but I am glad whenever we get a W.

Cam anyone explain what happened on the Pickett tech? I started watching right after it happened and I couldn’t ever figure it out.

It's also important to remember that Akinjo left voluntarily. It's not like he was kicked out. Would we be a better team with him than without? I don't think it's as clear cut as people on here think (even though I was never a big fan), but the guy left on his own. It didn't have to happen.

Thanks dan, I saw the one clip of about a min gtown posted to Twitter
Separate rant - why can’t the university post it in an easy to find place after every game. Creighton does. At John does (stj only posts their coach, while is annoying, but what could the reason be?)
It’s MEDIA availability. Once you give access, why wouldn’t you plaster it out there? You could even sensor it if someone said something dumb....
Our AD office leaves a lot to be desired. They claim a lot is “safety of player....players are kids...etc. you can agree or disagree with that - but this is already being made available. Seems like lost opportunity to try and get more buzz. More momentum out there.

But something that could, and should, be easily rectified.
