Congrats to Jamorko! He's worked hard, been a model student and citizen, and deserves all the opportunities he's earned.

Nobody has worked harder than Jamorko Pickett over the past four years, and this NBA contract is well deserved. Congratulations, Jamorko!

Jamorko did it the old-fashioned way: he EARNED it!

I keep thinking back to the DNPCD's he took and he responded by changing his focus and his game. I couldn't have more respect for Mr. Pickett and am hopeful that he ends up where he always dreamt of being. Keep doing what you've been doing, Jamorko!

Good for Pickett, I am happy for him. I'll admit I thought there was no way he would ever make the NBA (and have probably said it here), so assuming he does in fact play for the Pistons, I am happy to be wrong. He's a good guy, and was a good loyal Hoya, so I hope for the best of success for him.

Him putting in the work on his shot, his defense and his rebounding could really pay off. Outside of the shooting, the ways in which he's greatly improved aren't sexy or headline-making. But they have very real value. I very much hope all of that work results in big returns.

That was the second time I read that article and it never gets old. He is a special kid. I am happy Georgetown and Pickett took a chance on each other. His could quite important with future recruits who may not have started out with silver spoons in their mouths. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Jamorko Pickett = Justin Fields (look-a-like, especially the hair and head band).

I like the clean cut look for Morko....I think Morko will be the 1st of many Ewing players that stick in the L.

What does this last sentence mean? "Stick in the L"? Both make it to AND stay in the NBA.
