Another great 1st half against the Mavs for Pickett. Got a nice 12 min run 10pts on 4-4 shooting, 2 3s and 2 rebs. Had some great individual D moments out there. Loved how he wasn't scared of switching onto Doncic and forcing him into a tough shot. Definitely will play somewhere in the NBA at the start of next year. |

Looks like he was on campus today. He had an IG post watching Collin and Ryan playing 1on1 versus each other.

Going to be hard for him to stick next year. Will need another lights out training camp/summer league. Good news is if he's interested - he could easily play in the top Euro leagues getting paid handsomely. |

pre all star break, he had a O rating of 22, post 111.
pre, 3 pt % of 14%, post, 38%.
pre, -22 plus minus, post, +9
pre, true shooting 15%, post, 58%.
when he was given significant minutes and acclimated, he did ok.
the biggest surprise is lack of steals. but I think he has shown positional awareness and in the games i watched he did his part.
he could float around but i think its too early to tell, uphill battle given age and potential, but hopeful!

I think if he gets picked up by another team he might have a shot but the Pistons have a bunch of 6-7 to 6-9 guys ahead of him. That play 3 and 4. Hopefully he latches on with a team like OKC where he can see the floor in NBA games faster

2 way guys usually don't keep 2 way jobs on the same team for more than a year. It's literally a fringe spot. It's a revolving door. If the guy can't crack one of the regular spots after a year, the next guy comes in.
Also, the guy who earns the 2 way contract still has to keep hold of it throughout summer league + training camp. Not a given that Boheim is a Piston by the time october rolls around. Mac McClung was only able to sign a 2 way deal with LA in April, after Austin Reeves got converted over to a guaranteed deal.
