hidden bright side for Boeheim - after this weekend, he won't have to leave NY again until mid-February 2016. SU has a November tournament scheduled for the Atlantis in the Bahamas next season, so I imagine Boeheim will leave CNY for that. |

Other things which confuse Dickie V include 1+ 1 and how Coach Hypocritzki does not actually walk on water.
In other fun news, I believe Syracuse (and specifically Magoo) joins Memphis (albeit under separate coaches) in being sanctioned while a member of two different conferences.
They really are overachievers.

Someone's going to have to work really hard to top the gutlessness that Jay Bilas just showed on ESPN. He responded to a question about Jim Boeheim's legacy by trashing John Wooden. Then he pretended this entire case was about one rogue booster and how unfair it was to hold a coach to "strict liability". If you were getting your news from ESPN here, you wouldn't know there was any issue with academic fraud (or anything else) at all.
Really wasn't planning on piling on Syracuse, but as long as they and their allies keep acting like Syracuse, it's pretty hard not to.
