Updated Timetable for IAC: December 2013 - University approval of Final Design based on cost estimates May 2014 - Guaranteed Maximum Price received based on 90% Complete Documents June 2014 - Board of Directors approval of Tollgate 14 Funding June 2014 - Old Georgetown Board / Commission of Fine Arts final approvals August 2014 - Full Building Permit issued April 2016 - Certificate of Occupancy issued Thanks, Russky. Just out of curiosity, where are you getting your information? Or is it one of those "I can tell you, but I'd have to kill you" deals? Also, can you translate this into approximately 1) when we are putting shovels into the ground, and 2) when the building will be completed and open for practice? Or still too soon to tell?

Thanks, Russky. Basically, Full Building Permit = shovels in ground and Certificate of Occupancy = open for use. As for where the info comes from, knock yourself out: www.georgetown.edu/master-planning/planning-202-slides/index.html
