I've heard from a non-credible source that Wisconsin is trying really hard to get his high school (whitefish bay Dominican) to enlist some sort of IEP (individualized education program) with Stone. Apparently, they believe he has some sort of learning disability and instituting this will give him a better chance to qualify at Wisconsin. Again, not a credible source whatsoever.

Per a post on SBNation: Game: Georgetown vs. Eastern Washington, 9:57 p.m., truTV Announcers: Kevin Harlan/Reggie Miller/Dan Bonner//Rachel Nichols Not looking forward to Reggie Miller calling the game. Once FGCU gained some steam and got a lead, he was practically cheering for them the rest of the way.

Watched the Eastern Washington-Indiana game from earlier in the year from ESPN's Archive. I figured this was probably one of their better performances of the year. Here's what I saw:
55-Venky Jois: Undersized big. Can get by slower defenders with quickness/ball handling. Can get a bit out of control at times. Only has right hand finishing moves. Plays extremely hard, high motor. Not great around the hoop, but he will be going after all of his misses with reckless abandon. FT shooting is shaky at best (54%).
22-Drew Brandon: Handles the ball pretty well. Was able to drive to the hoop pretty well w/o help defense. Finishes with contact. Shooting from deep is his last resort (26% from 3)
1-Tyler Harvey: Left-handed, Good ballhandler, can get to the rim pretty well. Think MCW on offense, but better shooter. Not afraid to rise and fire over defenders from three (43% from 3)
0- Milkovic: Good form on 3 point shot (38%). Not very quick, will not beat anyone off the dribble.
44-Van Hoff: Just wants to shoot 3s, Quick Release
10-Parker Kelly: Spot up shooter, will not look to dribble penetrate. Awkward release but shoots 44% from 3
Team Thoughts • Offense starts with high ball screen and dribble drive. If nothing is open on first set of options, their offense gets very stagnant • Spread the floor well, can do 5 out • Good 3 point shooters (40 %) • Limited Athleticism outside of Harvey/Brandon • NO inside presence on defense • Poor defensive rotations • On defense, lots of standing around/losing their man. I don’t know how many times I watched Troy Williams backdoor them for a dunk. • Limited help on dribble drives → Jabril should have a field day
Overall, I don't see a lot that scares me. Of course, Harvey could be a problem but I feel better about our chances than I did before I watched this game.

Huge minutes today from Joshua. Not just in quantity but in performance. And, obviously, we needed every bit of it to beat Quette. I, unfortunately, had to miss seeing some of the second half because of work stuff but was listening on a SiriusXM feed featuring Quette's broadcasters. They were insanely biased and let's just say less than complimentary about Joshua's ability to stay on the floor for any extended time. I would have loved to have caught their post-game if they had one but, fortunately, I was home watching OT by that point. Had the privilege to listen to those clowns as well. Smh
