Nah no esherick revisionism...he sucked complete ass, don't get me wrong...but we were bringing in classes of Sead Dizdarevic and Ray Reed dude...no one had high hopes for those teams after the 2002 flameout with Sweets. Maybe 2002 is kinda like this year, but this team had SO MUCH individual talent and just couldn't get their SH!T together. Execution is definitely important, but unless this group is the dumbest set of players in Division 1, III failed miserably this year. So, yes, I am MORE disappointed in this season than in ANY of the esherick years, including Sweetney's junior season. I don't think that is revisionism and I don't think that is so hard to comprehend. That is not the same as saying I wax nostalgic about the Esh Error...he sucked. terribly. Dude, if you prefer the Esherick years to now, it stands to reason that you prefer Esherick to JTIII. Have the balls to at least stand up for your crazy opinions.

rickr, since you only have 14 posts, I'm sure your 30 years of season tickets will be meaningless in the eyes of some on this board. I agree rickr - that was some bad coaching this year. Confusion, ugliness, no flow, poor defense, poor fundamentals, poor rebounding, no ability to get the ball to right people, It's just amazing considering how aware and confident JTIII teams have been in the past. Yes, we're all terrible people because we don't take someone's word on the internet. In related news, I feel it's finally time to reveal my true identity to you all. I am Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II. Bow before me, peons.

I've been a Georgetown fan since I first went to a game in 1985...I've never felt this way about a team before. Not even in the Esherick years. They disgust me. Really? Are you Editeding kidding me? What the hell is up with the Esherick revisionism on this board?

Dear announcer: Dajuan Summers is not the only person on our team. In a span of minutes you have confused him with Greg Monroe and Jessie Sapp.

This Gene Weingarten article in Sunday's Post Magazine is perhaps one of the greatest articles I've ever read, while at the same time the most heartbreaking and sad. I'm passing it on not because I wish to bum everyone out, but because it's really quite a piece of work.

So there's only two episodes left, and I felt this episode again just treaded water. C'mon writers, let's finish this thing already. I feel I'm going to be completely overwhelmed by plot closures in the last two episodes.
Also, apparently in a deleted scene (that will be on the DVD), Tyrol is in the brig during this episode.

I saw this on Friday, and thought this was a great movie. My quick thoughts:
- the sex scene was Cinemaxtastic. The audience I was with was laughing through it.
- no offense to Alan Moore, but the movie ending work a whole lot better than the book's.
- if you know nothing about Watchmen, you'll be completely lost for the first hour.
- I actually thought Malin Ackerman did a really good job. I was afraid she was going to be terrible.
- Did they really need to make Dr. Manhattan's Edited so big? It wasn't so John Holmesian in the book.

Well if you have the Razor DVD, Razor Flashbacks will be interwoven into that. The flashback webisodes are just the stuff that got cut from the initial airing.

For everyone's amusement: Watchmen if it was a Saturday morning cartoon ( Link) That was hilarious. I love the "If only I could get a kiss!" In the comic, the Comedian's next response would be "Oh well, guess it's raping time!"
