I know we are not finished recruiting the transfers but, were the season to start today, would our starting lineup be Brumbaugh, Heath, Epps, Fielder, and Akok? Or suggest another. To this point. I repeat, to this point, what grade do you give for the 23-24 season? Beyond the coming season things look better. So if you have already given up on the upcoming season why even post. Why not just come back next season. Is your purpose just to make the rest of us who are optimistic for the season and the program miserable? My purpose in posting this is to point out our current roster has many holes in it that must be filled to reach an acceptable level. God willing I will be 92 years old when the season starts so I'm not thrilled with a long rebuild. Coach seems to be doing well in recruiting frosh or nearly frosh but not too well in the transfer portal. Hope it picks up.

That grade does not have any basis. It is total BS. We have effectively freshmen in Brumbaugh, Fielder, and Mulready. After that we have one transfer with division I credentials in Epps. The other transfers Styles and Massoud were underwhelming at UNC and Kansas State, respectively. We have no center and no experienced point guard. So far that's a D to me. As it stands now this is not a middle of the BE team. Hopefully the staff can add some late good transfers to bolster the roster. The freshman class looks pretty good but they will be free to move on in a year.

If anyone is interested, I am very happy Tucker is gone. Now I hope they show the door to Hannity also.

The commitment period is not over but, so far, I am disappointed in our recruitment. Epps appears to be the lone transfer of impact and there are two frosh, Fielder and Brumbaugh, who may or may not be impact players this coming year. Hope things pick up or we are looking at another down year.

What is the status of Wahab? Doesn't he have another year of eligibility left?

Way to go Big East. NCAA Champs and NCAA coach of the year.
Think UCONN will ever get "blue blood" recognition along with UNC, Kentucky, Kansas, or Duke? Five titles in 24 years.

Guess you did not watch the last ten minutes of that game. I did, in fact, watch the last ten minutes. And they scored nearly every time they had possession. I’m not saying their defense was bad but that offense hit a very high gear and that’s why they won. Agree they made shots at the end.

Miami proved defense wins games. They scored 1.22 PPP against a team that gave up .92 PPP all season. Their defense in this game was passable - 1.12 PP - but it was their incredibly efficient offense, especially in the last 10-12 minutes, that won that game. Guess you did not watch the last ten minutes of that game.
