Would Qudus be eligible to play next year (if) he returned to Georgetown? My guess is yes. Because Turgeon was fired/resigned, he should be able to move freely without having to sit out a year.

Don’t think it works like that since he already took his free year, thinking the NCAA has to crack down on something

Don’t think it works like that since he already took his free year, thinking the NCAA has to crack down on something The NCAA has already announced that it will limit student-athletes to ONE topping at any ice cream-related on-campus food service location. That is we enough hard-hitting crackdown for one year.

Has anybody heard anything about Q's possible landing spots. I know he met with the staff this past week, but I haven't heard anything else about his recruitment even though Apologist and others on twitter seem to think its unlikely at this point. It makes too much sense for him to return for there to be no buzz especially considering his fit.

I could be wrong about that but I thought I read it on twitter. I knew they were in contact. Either way I haven't heard about anybody else in the mix.

I would think Q would have quite a few options for schools. He was a productive big man for the Hoyas in his sophomore season in the Big East and that has to be attractive to some programs. I realize he had a disappointing season last year and was not a god fit for the Maryland system, but I can't imagine that eliminated all the interest in him.
If he wanted to come back, I would take him. He would be an upgrade at starting center for a year as Ryan continues to develop. If he is not interested, or the staff is not interested, then move on and find a starting center.

I would think most coaches wouldn’t touch him as he’s a coach killer who destroyed two programs and may have to sit out a year and has a quitter label. He’s got a reputation now whether he likes it or not. He’s best shot at restoring his reputation is to come back to the Hoyas but I’m not sure we want him.

Qudus had a toxic handler, that had A LOT to do with it. From what I've seen (from a few sources now) is that Duvall is not around Qudus anymore.

But that was a Texas blogger suggesting their coaching staff should take a look at Wahab.

Duvall is deeply delusional and looking for a get it done now on a player that need time and growth (pretty much like 99% of college players).

Couldn't they talk to Coach, etc via Zoom call?
