Graduate students Owen McElroy and Will Bowen were both tabbed first team preseason All-Americans while fellow graduate student Gibson Smith IV and junior Graham Bundy Jr. both garnered second team nods.

Does anyone know how the games can be viewed? They were previously on some CBS Sports app. Now, on the schedule, several show a logo I do not recognize next to some Big East logo with no further explanation. Thanks.
*I see it’s the Big East Digital Network/flosports, which, apparently exists, but under Georgetown Men’s Lacrosse lists no upcoming events. We’re No. 4 in the country. Has been Johns Hopkins is #19 and just about all their games are on ESPN. Am I missing something or is someone seriously asleep at the switch?

Now games are up for streaming. $12.50/mo. Flolive. I have never really been a fan of FloSports, but maybe their lacrosse coverage is better than FloTrack...

Never heard of ‘em. But it’s something. A lot of us around the DC area have heard of them, because DC United famously switched their home local broadcasts to them one year out of the blue and it was so bad that they terminated the agreement for cause midway through the season and the games were broadcast for free on DCUnited.com the rest of the year. So, with that inauspicious background... they've been pretty mediocre with the Big East Digital Network this far, in my experience. When Fox Sports had the deal, you got some economies of scale from there, especially around production values, having a better app, etc. But so much of this stuff - cameras and trucks, announcers, etc. - is now all done on a contract basis anyway, so the changes are not as drastic as they might have been otherwise. It's still way overpriced compared to what ESPN charges, but niche stuff often is...

Some are saying (read Johns Hopkins supporters) that flosports is bait and switching them; advertising a monthly option and then denying such exists-and billing for the year. A link was posted on fanlax of a BBB complaint alleging this exact practice. I signed up for a $12.50/mo. option (and have a receipt for it) with every intention of cancelling after the Big East Tournament. Now I am wondering what my charge, when I see it, will be. The Big East Conference and Georgetown are being skewered, quite fairly perhaps, for having anything to do with them.

Hah, yes, I too have enjoyed following the FloSports Misadventures of DocBarrister. If he's an *actual* barrister, we may be in for some legal proceedings! I plunked down the full-year cost to watch soccer in the fall in addition to lacrosse in the spring. I sure hope that the Big East got a bunch of FloSports investor/VC money out of this, far more than they could've gotten out of ESPN or Fox Sports... otherwise, doesn't seem like a worthwhile partnership. The game at UPenn has the makings of a real banger. I hope to be in attendance. Do they throw toast at lacrosse games too?

I look forward to beating Notre Dame. I fear that the game will be played in that Quonset hut of theirs giving them, imo, an advantage. The forecast high for Saturday in lovely South Bend, Indiana is 35F.
