If we have THAT Ike going forward, I don't really care about seeding or match-ups, we are going to be GOOD.

Could last night be the one? There have been 3 or 4 games this season when Ike has exploded. Each time we have thought that he had arrived, that he was becoming the second star this squad needed to become a force. And each time he has slipped back, become tentative at both ends. That short stretch last night was so compelling. This one HAS to be the one - doesn't it?? In my 45 years on earth, what I have learned is that progress is rarely linear.....though linear does look good on a graph.

I also expect big things from Ike next season. Which is why I was so worried about LJ and Tre stepping up there games. I'm not worried at all about Ike.

17 and 7 seems a bit optimistic... I agree it's on the optimistic side for his projections next year. Definitely think it's attainable though.

The top three individual season scoring average ppg in the JT3 era. And the only 3 to average more then 17 points a game. Unless he somehow surpasses DSR (only happening through injury), I think 17ppg is a stretch. I'll be happy with 10-14 and 5-8. Player | PPG | Year | Austin Freeman | 17.6 | Senior | DSR | 17.6 | Sophmore | Starks | 17.3 | Senior |

He absolutely has the ability to average 17 and 7. I never look at history when looking at an individual player. Every guy has his own set of circumstance.

The circumstance of being on a JT3 team that will easily go 10 deep will not lead to him getting 17 points a game. I respect your opinion on a lot daytona but in this instance you're wrong. If he was on another team I could accept it and be fully behind you, but it won't happen here.

17 and 7 is not 25 and 10. It can be done pretty easily in today's landscape.

This team could be the fastest paced team JT3 has ever had, especially if they snag Collins. I think the potential is there for this to be a much higher scoring team than past teams which would give Ike the opportunity to average 16-17 ppg. Regardless, I think we all our excited for big things from him next year.

I think Ike will be one of the top 5 or 6 combo forwards in america next season. the guy has loads of ability. And there will be a 30 sec shot clock next year. more possessions. I don't see 17 and 7 as optimistic at all.

I'll just put it this way, Copeland is ready to be the go-to guy. He is definitely Otto Porter 2.0.

I think Isaac has the talent and will have the opportunity to score 17 points per game next season. This conversation is about Isaac Copeland. It has nothing to do with DSR

Isaac isn't playing in a vacuum. He is on a team with other players that also get opportunities to get the ball. I agree with the premise that he is good enough to avg 17 and 7 but it just won't happen.
