No--was originally supposed to be this weekend--and then moved to next--but that isn't taking place--so Otto or mystery men look to be the options.

I would hope its Porter or nobody. At this point, we should probably avoid any potential mystery men.

Yeah, judging from his recent tweets, he's New Mexico bound for sure Kid was apparently leaning to New Mexico until all the rumors of Alford going to Missouri. Alford is now in a feud with local news media claiming that their repeating unfounded rumors was costing him recruits. Must have been Henry. Still no word on a late push for him by SDSU.

Word is Henry to New Mexico... He supposedly tweeted to Steve Alford's son that "he can't wait to play with them next season."

Buyer Beware. News media out west carrying a story today that Henry was tweeting that all coaches should know that he is "one and done" and on his way to the NBA. Also apparently made some other juvenile references. Apparently New Mexico sportstalk was filled yesterday with callers asking Alford to pass on the kid. Claims he will announce his decision on the weekend. FWIW the stories still say he is choosing between Georgetown and New Mexico.

Correct me if I am wrong, with the depth we know have at the forward position, we don't need a kid with attitude problems. Moreover, where is this surge of confidence coming from? He isn't even ranked by ESPN...

I know that... but is #84 on rivals and unranked on ESPN (with a 90 grade) good enough to consider yourself a 1 and done? I don't think so.

I agree and we now know he was the backup plan to Otto.

If that is all true about being juvenile--he's an ideal Alford recruit. Wonder if Steve has any young girls from local church group that visit his hot tub when the wife is away? Or is that just an Iowa City thing? Along with he/his wife telling workers "Don't you know who we are" when they presented the bill after many Alford family purchases.

RDF, it's become apparent you have a real thing for Alford.

Apparently it was actually a youtube video, and the Albuquerque Journal saved it before it got taken down. www.abqjournal.com/sports/2011/04/20/lobo-hoops-recruit-henry-causes-quite-a-stir-with-video.htmlYou'll have to click on "trial access" and then "no, thanks - read article" to get to the article, which also has the video being discussed. You may need to let the ad play for a few seconds before it lets you get to the article. Sometimes I think our fans go a little overboard with holding our recruits to unrealistic standards, but after watching this video... damn. I am really glad he did not end up at Gtown.
