Okay to everybody else: the enigma is that he was playing and playing good minutes. He's our best defensive gaurd IMO. He's gone from 5-10mins to DNP in several games? He makes big shots, he makes defensive plays - yet freshman such as Lubick who make mistakes are out there learning on the fly. I don't questions JTIIIs rotation system because it's his team. I'm just real curious about it because Vee is one of the only "instinctive" players on the team. There's a difference between "instinct" and "skill" Lubick has made mistakes but not too many of them. Everyone makes mistakes including CW, AF, JV. Who would you rather start NL or VS?

Next year I would like to see a starting 5 of Sims, Lubick, Clark, Thompson and Starks. The preseason will be critical to JT, Adams and Hopkins are all going to be important. Hoepfully, owen can show some of the outide shooting that was billed when he signed.

I think we'd all agree that 1-4 is pretty much set.
And I would imagine Henry is the starter at the 5 to begin things, if not for the entire year. But at this point I still think him playing more than 20 minutes next year would be a bit of stretch. Tyler and Moses both have a big opportunity for minutes.

If you are going to talk about next year--one major difference will be that the team will be playing the exhibition games/practicing over in China--and this is invaluable for them prior to practice---and will speed up development of the team/who plays well together, etc.....
Noticed that Duke will also be going to play over in China and then they are going to Dubai as well--so dont' know if this is related/seperate from what Georgetown is doing.

I missed this piece of news, but that is exactly what next year's team will need. Of all the years to do something like that, I am not sure JT3 and the adminstration could have picked a better year. So many guys who have not played much for us - all 3 freshman, Moses, Sanford, Bowen, etc will need to find their role on the court. IMO, Adams will play more minutes next year than Sims, he may not start, but Adams will be the only real post player for us on offense. I also like what I hear out of Jabril and hope he plays with the same energy that he communicates. That will get him minutes by default.

That is word according to some very well informed people over at HoyaReport. Team is taking a trip like so many do--and playing some exhibitions. Nothing has been formally announced yet--but the news was talked about months ago and Duke just formally announced their trip. Not sure if it's Nike related or not--but word is the '12 team will be traveling to China this August I believe.

No way Adams will be ready to play more than Sims. Henry knows how to pass and screen and hedge from the high post and all the other things that freshmen big men struggle with after camping out on the low block and just using their size advantage all through high school. Henry will be unleashed next year. Watch out.
