Revenge tour keeps rolling. Keep playing like we're playing and we'll win this one and the title.
Flags fly forever. Get that championship.

Maybe its just bad memories of the first game against them this year, but I'm scared. They are a long, athletic team that I really don't think we match up well against. Butler is playing really well right now and I feel like we don't have anyone to stop him. That being said, I'm not too intimidated. We are on a roll right now. Let's bring home another BET title

This is our time. Make them play from behind. We have this one.

Let's bring home another BET title I think that Butler is the rough equivalent of Wes Johnson (they're stats are very similar and they're the same height/weight). Butler's probably going to get his--the key is to make sure that we shut down the rest of the team. And we need to limit turnovers and BOX OUT.

Rebounding carried WV past the ND surge at the end. But the Hoyas' great rebounding effort against Marquette promises, I hope, that nothing similar will happen to us.

They're a very good rebounding team. We definitely need to continue the positive effort we've seen so far in the BET.

West Virginia has never won a Big East championship and this is only the second time they've made it to the finals. They made it in 2005, when they were were unable to do what Vermont did, and lost to Syracuse.

Rebound and we win going away. They struggle to score.

Rebound and we win going away. They struggle to score. I hate to agree with you, but I do. They're the second best offensive rebounding team in the country. Aside from that, they only thing that they're good at is not turning the ball over, and their only 57th nationally in offensive turnover rate. They're not a good shooting team--they're about 150th in 2PT%, 3PT% and FT%.

Butler is playing really well right now and I feel like we don't have anyone to stop him. Oh, God. Not this type of post again. I mean say what you want, I'm just trying to be realistic. This is a good team and I don't think we match up well against them. I've loved watching the BET this week and think we have a perfectly fine shot at winning tomorrow I'm just trying to make sure we don't get ahead of ourselves. They don't have the height we have, but they are superior athletically and there is no way we win the rebounding battle like we did today. We still have trouble boxing people out and I think we'll probably see some of that tomorrow. Additionally, though I like how Greg and Julian match up with WV offensively, I don't really like their defensive matchups and think we could see some foul trouble tomorrow. Sorry if this is a downer, but I'm just speaking my mind. Go hoyas

When Austin comes alive with his three pointers tomorrow-he can't be cold foreover-it will be lights out for the Mountaineers.

Make them play from behind. What a softball, and yet those vicious vigilantes of admin will delete whatever I post in reply

they're 5 athletic swingmen who don't run an offense. everyone has to create his own shot, and if we just play smart D that means they'll have to settle for contested jumpers. butler's good enough to get decent numbers doing just that, but i think if ND can hold them to 53 points with their athletically-limited defense, our taller and more athletic big men should be able to keep everyone else in check.
that said, we need freeman to start raining 3s again, and wright has to go back to how he finished layups against syracuse. keeping them guessing about where the ball's going to go means those "athletic" wings on WV are going to have to cover a lot of floor for any help defense, which gives our superior passers the ability to find open shooters. provided we don't go stone cold from the field and don't play dead on the boards, i like our chances.
the key to victory: greg, julian and jerelle -- YOU ARE BIG GUYS. BOX OUT.

I've always thought in single-elimination settings, every day is a new day, and anything can happen.
That being said, the Hoyas are going to walk into MSG tomorrow night in the middle of a streak playing at their highest level of the season.
That's all you can ask for. Whatever happens, happens. They're in a position to do something great.
