Not impressed with slo mo in the three ucla games I watched this year. So not sure if he would have helped this year. Having said that I'm a big believer that freshman year is a learning year. So perhaps he makes good improvement.

yeah we would...A lineup of kels, bril, Otto, Kyle and Nate would've made a huge difference. Kyle is a true point forward and would've gotten us into the offense and slowed the game down and gotten people shots. He would've taken so much pressure off Otto, we could play Kels and DSR off the ball more, and no way those bigs would've rebounded against us the way they did....Trust, Kyle would've made an absolute monstrous difference What about on defense considering we gave up 78 points?

Lol saw that too. As much as I would love to discuss what this team would be like had he been a hoya, I don't. Screw him and screw UCLA

Kyle simply realizes he made a mistake and wishes he could do it all over again. Good luck to him. As I have said before, his teammate, Jordan Adams, is the son of a colleague of mine in Atlanta and I think everyone associated with UCLA basketball is disappointed with the way things have turned out. But, their near debacle did bring us Josh. Man. I hope he meshes with the team and decides to stay one more year!

You do realize that the kid was 17-18? when he made his decision? How many decisions do you wish you had a do over on that you made between the ages of 16-25? I can't speak for all but I would undo quite a few things. Remember that on paper the UCLA situation looked better to everyone not associated with GU. The one little gripe that I have with KA is that if he had chosen GU maybe that would have swayed Nerlens................oh well............

Markel, Greg, Otto, KA, and Nerlens would've been unfair

Hoyazeke, I really wasn't trying to be "hard" on KA. I was simply saying what I believed happened in his case. You are right, however, in that we all have made many decisions we wish we could do over. And that was the point.

That's why I put the plus signs after your statement and before mine. I agree with rockhoya that our line up would have been "unfair"........

Pattern: Whenever dads who say things like "we will visit" and "we will cut our list of schools" are involved, it's not a good sign for GU getting that recruit. KA's dad is an example.
