UConn goes down.
I want Pat to goaltend the first Joe Alexander shot into the stands, just to let them know he's there.

I didn't want to have start this discussion thread out on a down note, HoyaLingus, but I'm pretty sure that you're making yourself look like an idiot here. The prediction thread belongs to Buffalo, everyone knows that.
All discussion welcome here, and sorry to step on anyone's toes.

matching up with Joe Alexander will be huge...they have a ton of ability and they are a way better shooting team than uconn...we're going to have to bring it

Not having to play them in Morgantown will be an advantage in itself.

Extend the D, feed Hibs and see ya Saturday. WVa has played their way into the NCAA's, nothing left to play for!

We can only hope that Huggins has one of his usual irrational fits during the game and gets booted on Ts. What a disgrace to the coaching profession. He is the Tark with hair.

mine's named properly, rubber bubbler. Typically the Prediction thread has the winner of the last prediction listed in the first post along with a prediction from that poster (Buffalo typically, who does quite a good job, incidentally). But nice work rushing out a half-assed prediction thread of your own just so you can be responsible for starting a productive thread, Lingus. How does it feel to sneak into Daddy's room and try on his pants?

Could Gottlieb look like a bigger moron? He's been trashing us and West Virginia all week - look who won today, Ratboy Jr.
He is stealing his paycheck from ESPN. And he has priors.

Anybody know of anywhere to watch the game in Melbourne, Australia? Rugby and lawn bowling are fascinating, but seeing the Hoyas would be great.

I also think it is funny that Digger got it in his head 3-4 weeks ago that UConn was the best team in the BE, and just refused to back down on his opinion, even when others were hedging. I guess I give him credit for sticking to it, but I am still confused as what has UConn done to justify being called the best team in the Big East. If Marquette didnt choke down the stretch, UConn wouldnt have even gotten a bye. I guess a lot of semifinal and final tickets just came free.

Did anybody note that Pomeroy predicted WVU over UConn in this one? 2-0 so far today, with Ville and MU picked to win tonight.

Pomeroy rules - seriously, it's the best predictor site out there.

Ok, so we've gotten a chance to settle the score on one of our "controversial" wins. Time to take care of controversy #2.
