You guys are relentless in your attacks on Ewing and the program. Are you just trying to gin up conversation or do really feel the program is collapsing under Ewing. If it is the latter, and I were you, I would just move on. If it is the former, let's back of with the wild speculations this far away from next season. Let this coaching staff do it’s work; they are putting in work. Stop talking! Talk is cheap! If we were able to see a graph of the numbers of postings on Hoya Talk over time my guess is that we would observe that many have done as you suggest and moved on; that the curve has not only flattened, it’s plunged. |

Ewing has had little success in 3 years, fact. But his tenure is not over. And although you and the other minions continue to desperately root for a last place finish next season, I am still very hopeful that the pieces fit together well, and the team improves next year and beyond. No one on this board is rooting for a last place finish. Not a lot of rooting required. It's hard to imagine any other outcome; with the possible exception of a cancelled season. |

No matter how you feel about Ewing, one complication of hiring him was always going to be the difficulty of terminating him when and if that became necessary. Most institutions would have less reluctance to bite that bullet than this one.
