Trilly Donovan or twitter? I have seen it on Twitter All I saw was a picture someone posted of Hopkins at a Hertz counter at Logan Airport. Hardly telling, but I know Providence fans are worried. Someone supposedly in the know on Twitter said it wasn't Georgetown but another Big East team. I will caveat that by saying it might not be credible at all. Edit: It's Hilltop Hoops who posted that. |

Is this real? I need a translator He's whining about tampering, acting like he owns Bryce Hopkins, probably complained to the conference. An assistant Big East Conference Commissioner replied (and then deleted) a response to this post, with a "That will suffice" telling him to knock it off. |

Funny how they got a transfer commit from Miami within 24 hours of putting his name in the portal. Surely he didn’t contact him prior? |

I find it interesting that the "mercenary" Johnnies returned more players than Gtown after year 1 of the Cooley & Pitino tenures...

I should have googled myself to confirm. Maybe I’m confusing this with one of their other transfers? I swore one of them was literally immediate? Could be wrong / relying on shaky twitter intel. |

Are you 100% sure Skinn was hired before those players left Mason TC? Where'd I make that claim? Cupboard was empty when Skinn got there because Kim cleaned it out. Did Kim English go ask for permission from Mason to talk to those players like he proposed every other coach in the country should do, and not leverage relationships? Kim English is playing the same game every other coach is playing - the difference is Providence acts like a victim every time something like this happens to them though. |

So you're not 100% sure that Skinn was hired before the players left for PC. I think we all know there's a big difference between players following a coach after he leaves for a new job and coaches trying to entice players into the transfer portal. |

Most of corporate life doesn't have rules stating when recruits can & can't be contacted and that signed players are completely off-limits until they're in the transfer portal. |
