Collectively and to a man, this team has not improved. At all. What’s going on, Ed??

If there was a stat for getting back on defense, Epps would be in the bottom 5% in the nation. He’s obviously going to get his points tonight, but the guy is not a winning player. I hope the coaching staff figures that out before next season. I wouldn't isolate Epps for that fault. Our transition D, from everyone, leaves a lot to be desired.

He is a set shooter. Not really has done much outside of that. He would get occasional slash to the baskets but not in the Big East. Yep. Without a doubt. If only his coach was allowed to design some plays that got him some set shots. And if Massoud hadn’t come from such a garbage conference like the Big XII and played in meaningful games beyond the Elite Eight, maybe he’d have been more prepared to play in the Big East this season.

Hoyas cannot stop a cold tonight or any other 5 members here that would take the court

1 assist. This offense is tough to watch. So many wide open players. Very few looks to pass.

We looked great until the first media timeout then it all fell apart and now the game is all but over before half. What happened? Did Cooley have the team prepared to start then they went off the rails? Was it personnel changes (Rowan and Ish in)>

Is Fielder sick? Mutombo?
Our worst defender playing 5 v one of the best in the BE?

Bluejay runs have occurred with Massoud in the line up. Not to pile on the kid, but he has not contributed at all. Not playing Fielder instead has been a mystery.

If only his coach was allowed to design some plays that got him some set shots. That's been one of the things I've thought we could do better. We don't seem to play to Ish's strength, which, to me, is a flaw in the offense.

If Ish was a consistent 3 shooter, that would be great. Ish is insanely streaky, pretty much what he's been his career from what I can tell.

Sit Ish the rest of the game and let Fielder play.

Again, nobody touched the ball on that possession but Epps.

I have pretty much watched the vast majority of games since 2000. Now I am trying to figure out a way to wean myself off watching them and not caring.
