His dad comments alot on Twitter on Hilltop hoops posts. Good sign but it's not over yet.

Would be a great start to the ‘25 class. Snag Cam Ward or Jordan Scott and thats another 2 top 100 DMV kids.

Acadan was the most consistently impressive player on the floor in that game. He shoots well, sees the floor well for himself and often others, and moves really well getting to the basket and finishing.

Thanks for posting the box! Highlights from the game below; Acaden Sidwell's #11 (Caleb Williams #5 for them; Nik Lewis Gonzaga's #5)

Probably goes in the Caleb thread but after watching 2 games from him at least he has the concept of team defense down. He also is very good at anticipating passes. Against Gonzaga to do that well against a borderline 4 star big who has 3 inches and 40 lbs on you is impressive.

Our top priority for 2025 should be Acaiden or Trey McKinney

Our top priority for 2025 should be Acaiden or Trey McKinney We’re not getting McKenney. I think Acaden ends up at UVA but I think we get Cam Ward or Jordan Scott.

He is so fun to watch.
And also Caleb Williams so disrespected nationally in the rankings. He may not be a top 25 kid, but he is an automatic take for any top 25 school that wants a multiyear kid.

If you haven't seen him play before, this kid pulls out plays like this often. Got a lot of flash in him

Sidwell came back and sealed the deal for the DC threepeat 47-37; Acaden I think with 14, showing a lot of quickness to the hoop and some range on the jumper. Was all over the court all the time; downside some sloppy TOs and a few misses around the hoop, but continues to really impress. Posted also in the Caleb thread, but I don't think anyone will mind knowing again that EC, Ivan Thomas and what I think are two other guys associated with the program (who I didn't recognize; anyone anyone?) at game entire time (indeed, saw last half of girls' final too, won by SJCP over Sidwell).

Well Maryland is expected to hire Team Thrills AAU coach so Mallory might end up in College Park now. So I stand corrected.

His cross-court pass for a wide open three before the half was *chef's kiss*.
