Sorber is going to becoming his high schools all-time leading scorer(needs 13pts today, he would break his very own head coach's record). Also they said he is shooting 80% from the FT line in league play.

It'd be nice if AI looks out for Sorber here

Currently playing... Really impressed with a sequence that just happened. A teammate who is a sophomore who will be a Div 1 player missed a dunk embarrassingly. Sorber just hit him with a slick no look pass for a lay-up and then went over to him as a timeout was called and told him don't worry about it, stay in the game. Loved seeing that leadership.

This kid has both leadership qualities and serious game. Trying not to get too excited but he’s going to be a good one.

I just like that he was trying to make sure that kid didn't sulk cause they are in the middle of a tough game. Keep his confidence up cause the crowd was giving it to him for that missed dunk.

Won 60-51 tonight on the road. Tough game with a team playing a junk defense of a triangle and 2 on him and Williams(kid going to FGCU) he had 19pts(9-9 FTs) 4 blks. Hit a nice 17fter from the baseline in a critical time. Next game is against Roman Catholic.

There's some gems in there like :
- "Sorber’s 8.0 rebounds per game finished fifth among full-time players on Nike’s EYBL E17 Circuit in the regular season. He grabbed those boards in 19.7 minutes per game." - "He is getting 11.1 shots per game and knocking them down at a 62.6 percent clip. Sorber is also going to the free-throw line 6.3 times per game. And he is knocking down 75.2 percent of his attempts." - "Sorber has taken 1.2 three attempts per game and knocked down 30.4 percent of them" - "Sorber averaged 1.96 blocks per game during his 23 Nike EYBL games."
Basically it paints the picture that he's basically a complete player and doesn't even touch on the most exciting aspect of his game - his passing.

Hopefully, he works daily on his agility. His ability to move is going to determine how much money he makes in his career. The other pieces are there.

It will be interesting to see how things unfold with Cook, Sorber, and Fielder with the minute distribution and the position distribution.
Cook will have the experience and mobility edge while Sorber will have the size and skill edge.
I imagine a lot will depend on what sort of portal help we can find at the 4...and what sort of offense ideas we can generate with 2 bigs on the court.
Maybe Cook defends the 4 with his mobility allowing Sorber to defend the 5 and offer better rim protection? Offensively, I think Sorber has better range than Cook. Maybe they take turns in the post where I believe Sorber has better moves, but Sorber floats out to the perimeter more often?
I like Fielder but his differential skill at the point is pick and pop 3s.

This analysis is spot on. As the season has gone on alot of Philly teams are double and triple teaming him on the block and that's why his stats have been in the 15-20 place range. He really is a willing passer and exceptional at it. Especially firing passes to the opposite side for open 3s out of the doubles and triples. We need to find shooters for when we have this kid cause it will open up everything. Defensively he tends to go for every block which I hope we can tone that down so as not to get into foul trouble. He does a good job though with his hands tracing and deflecting passes. Ryan runs a 3-2 zone where they put him in the middle at the top because of this.

Sorber and Queen was a high level matchup this past summer: Amazing the body change in Sorber since then. Already was holding his own defensively against Queen. Queen is 25 Grey Sorber is 21 Teal
