TI with probably his best game of his career with a double double (10/11) and 6 blocks helping the Lancers knock off Washington. Happy for him and hopefully it helps him get on the court more.

I actually watched most of the second half of this game last night, not because TI is now at Cal Baptist (which I had forgotten), but because I learned Wednesday that the daughter of a friend of mine is transferring there, and the game being broadcast on the Pac-12 Network caught my eye. TI still has no offensive game more than a foot from the basket, but he did a very nice job on the glass, and the blocks were great. He was very excited, and I'm happy for him.

Another huge indictment on Ewing is looking at how well kids from last year's roster are playing...
Beard, Holloway, Billingsley and even Tim are playing not only meaningful minutes at their schools but playing at a high level for the most part.
I wonder where Riley and Anglin will be next year...I guess we can follow them here...

Kobe with a poor offensive game yesterday but had 12 rebounds, 5 blocks and 2 steals in a win... ... exactly the type of player I think many of us thought he could be here...a true glue guy that can help in so many ways.

Tim I now 7th in the country in BPG...good for him that's impressive I’m glad Tim found better coaching for a center. Pat was a great player, but he’s an awful teacher and communicator. Just another example of great former player who couldn’t coach…

Say none of last year's players transferred out, add Anglin in the place of Mohammed and Bass in the place of Rice.
Is that team any worse than 4-3?

That'd be an interesting argument if we were seeing these performances in-conference. Georgetown is 4-3 against a kenpom 346-rated schedule. Cal Baptist (303), Pacific (319), Boston University (342) have all played more difficult schedules. So help me understand how this is due to an "appropriate level of competition".

Impossible to prove one way or the other… why didn’t he get so many blocks vs all the OOC cupcakes we played the previous years? What about Q, who has one less block than games played this year? It’s the coaching. They are not used correctly.

I'm not really sure what this year's team schedule has anything to do with this considering they aren't on this year's team. I'm talking about the totality of their time with the team and the overall schedule during that time compared to their short tenure so far with their new teams. When they did play for us they clearly didn't consistently put up anything notable outside of Collin.

It’s the coaching. They are not used correctly. I'm not defending Ewing because I agree he doesn't use his players correctly or we would have way more wins. Tim didn't really play in that cupcake schedule between the broken hand and concussion. Prior years he didn't play any real minutes. In the 4 games he did play real minutes in that cupcake schedule he had 6 blocks and 2 double digit rebound games. Not sure what Q has to do with how Tim performed because you can use the opposite argument with Akok.
