Yup definitely crafty. Can get people in foul trouble. Definitely. He looks heavy but he has good feet and can put it on the deck also. Have to give him space and not go for all his jukes and pump fakes but he's a tough kid. Competes hard. I’ve never seen him play, but, after witnessing the greatness of Mike Sweetney I will never discount the ability of a heavy looking guy to have great footwork and skill and just be an all-around great player.

I am already sick with worry about foul trouble.

I’m curious if the lack of fans will affect the number of upsets in this year’s field. Typically, the crowds go for the upset possibilities. During some of our games, I thought that made it especially difficult to focus and lock back in when we began to struggle. The games against Davidson and FGCU come to mind. This year, there will be significantly fewer fans, and I wonder if that could work to some advantage of the higher-ranked teams.

Michigan all depends on Livers and how long he is out for or how effective. He is an NBA SF. Wahab won't be scared of Dickinson, he has played him enough in prep I'm assuming. Good point, I watched Dickenson a lot, I think he’s really good. I like Michigan this year, I always enjoyed the fab 5, I was in high school during there run so I want Juan Howard to succeed. I hope we get to play them. It’s all I can ask right. Dickenson played against Wahab in DC area summer recruiting games and Wahab struggled. Wahab has improved a lot since then. Tim with his bulk would be a better match for Dickenson, but Dickenson move decently and has some range on his shots.

If you look at our performance in the BET I think fans might not matter as much as we think. I do think there will be more upsets because: 1) Alot of teams didn't play a full season because of COVID and could be underseeded 2) With fewer out of conference games it's hard to really rank gauge one conference against another. For example Marquette destroying UNC may hint that the Big East is underanked and the ACC is overranked simply off reputation. I think the Big 10 in particular in completely overranked. The big 10 teams are able to keep their ranking in conference when they lose to another big 10 team. There were no preseason tournaments or mid season out of conference games to measure the strength of different conferences. For example Michigan has not played a single top team from another top conference. Yet are ranked high So while the Big 10 will get an advantage by being seeded high (and facing lower seeded teams), I believe overall their ranking are paper tigers. The strongest conference to me seems like the Big 12 and the Big East. The weakest the ACC. Big 10 is in the middle but is overranked.

Tickets? No word from hoop club yet. Without knowing gym assignment this is a challenge. I’m going so let me know if you have a connect.

I actually thought Wahab held up well or at times outplayed Dickenson in the summer games between their high school teams. Maybe I never got the complete picture.

Tickets? No word from hoop club yet. Without knowing gym assignment this is a challenge. I’m going so let me know if you have a connect. This is a nightmare scenario for fans because the brokers can buy up all the tickets from the NCAA (not caring about who is playing) and then selling them on the resale market once the games and locations are determined.

It's all about the match up, fellas! It's all about the matchup. They don't seem particularly athletic. Fairly decent shooters. I did not note that that game was back in January.

Thanks. It is interesting to see the lack of physicality in the first 5 minutes of this game. Tell me how the game will be officiated, and I might be able to tell you the winner. Hopefully te team Wil be savvy enough adjust quickly if needed.

Maybe there's some saved for the school but they have been selling first round tickets since last week. I think the second round goes on sale on Tuesday.

I meant more that we know how springy the backboards are. The puck really bounces off of the inbound dump passes.

That they have Better talent and more strong teams, was pretty obvious to these admittedly aging eyeballs.

FWIW - 12:15 is a very good time to play for us. We have done multiple Sat games in the Noon to 2 slot. We have a good familiarity with Hinkle - I can't be disappointed with the venue, the time and the opposition!

Marquette which is a big East bottom feeder destroyed UNC and bear Wisconsin (ranked 6th out of 9 big 10 tourney teams). Baylor destroyed Illinois 9 seed Missouri beat Illinois Gonzaga’s sparked Iowa Clemson and Miami beat Purdue The data shows that the big 10 is extremely overrated
