IF Pickett isn't playing good D and rebounding he can't be out there.

Anyone else feel like Mac’s game is starting to strongly resemble Akinjos? And not in a good way? Not at all

9 points in 13 mins. If Butler isn’t turning it over we have no half court answers.

This is where having just one long wing hurts so can't send Pickett to the shower early. But, he is hurting and anybody in of the scholarship players is better at the moment. Not Pickett's night to play through it.

It's a coach's job to get players to execute. It's part of teaching and communicating. It's the most important aspect of coaching. If a player fails to execute, that's a failure of coaching. Coaches are all similar in terms of X's and O's. They all pull info from the same pool of knowledge. It comes down to talent and how the knowledge is communicated to players. This is where Ewing struggles. This is less on Ewing than on his staff, which appear to do very little on the sidelines.

Considering we are play awfully this half and still in the game- there is hope. We know they won’t quit, they just have to start hitting a few

Reality is, it’s somewhere in the middle. Better talent makes mediocre coaching look much better because the Xs and Os are executed better. Better coaching can maximize the potential of mediocre talent.

Not Pickett's night to play through it. Put in Qudus w Yurt That hasn't been a good solution this year. But, Yurtseven covering a wing isn't a great nor good idea.
