The bond between James and Josh was likely the strongest on the team. As much as people wanted to include Mac in this bond it wasn't the case. It was further shown when James said "I got you" to Josh after the first win. Whatever happened with Josh happened and Pat has handled it terribly. If it was truly so bad that he decided he shouldn't play he should not have played him at all. Clearly it wasn't. Josh got sick of it and this is the fallout. Pat has mishandled pretty much every great player he has had so far. Sugar coat it or call it what you want but he has royally screwed this up so far. Doubt this post will age well. |

I think it’s pretty simple as to what happened I think...
1 - something off the court happened. We aren’t going to speculate. There is no evidence of this
2 - the chemistry issues we all saw on the court boiled over and resulted in this. If this is true - this is on the coaches. They are the adults. The players are kids. Can’t just kick people off the team, sorry. In this day and age especially with “millennials” and technically I’m one of them - you can’t be a Bobby Knight type. Kids aren’t wired this way anymore.
Need to coddle them. It’s just a fact.

Please stop excusing the allegations by saying it's due to "frustrations boiling over". It is inexcusable no matter how little PT you get or if the coach yells at you for not sharing the ball.
I hope we learn more about the accusations but some of you need to learn there is more then basketball...

Everyone here is a die hard, so I think you understand. It’s real hard to stay invested in this program as a sports entertainment product at this point.

Many of the other post is about us, our feelings, our perception of players, playing time... etc, and not really about the players. |

A person identified as a student filed for, and received, a Temporary Restraining Order against Josh and Galen Alexander in DC Superior Court. The TRO was granted on November 20. In the court paperwork, she alleged Josh stole things from her and had threatened her and her friends. In the TRO application, she noted she filed police reports for burglary and sexual misconduct against him. The DC court case number is 2019 CA 007301 B, Oki v LeBlanc et al., and can be accessed online via the search function at eaccess.dcourts.gov.
