Weird that it hasn't been moved but if anyone mentions McClung it's instantly moved.

Last week when I went to the game (against the Horned Frogs), I sat across from the bench but on the other side of the stadium and Ewing and I caught eye to eye. I felt like he knew who I was because he looked at me for a while. I wanted to go over to the other side and speak to him but I thought better of it as I didn't want to distract him from the game. I am hoping to be able to speak to him soon. But yeah man, I love the fact that guys are getting into the NBA under Ewing. It gives these haters more to hate. Aminu is definitely going to be in the league. However, I think it would do him some good to stay (at Georgetown) one more year and work on his outside jump shot and help lead us to a Big East title and a few rounds in the big tournament. The problem is, at this moment, we don't have an interior game and Aminu is having to provide that for us and so he can't really develop his outside game right now. It is a good thing that he loves to attack the rim and loves contact because it suits him very well that he spends most of his time under the basket instead of away from the basket and it helps us out a lot.

Can't wait to see this success translate into bringing some big-time recruits into the program - as opposed to, say, transfers from low major conferences. When does that start happening? Ewing's 6th year at the helm? 7th year?

Last time we had that was Monroe who was good but not athletic, Wright who was small for a point guard, and Freeman who was also small for an NBA wing.

Getting back to the subject, people thought Mac wouldn't amount to much being such a low ranking recruit with no length, but look at him now. Coach has a great eye for talent.

Ewing finally got a big-time recruit to play for him in his 5th year at the helm of Georgetown. However, that has nothing to do with the subject that I was replying to - which is giving credit for Ewing putting 3 fringe players into the League THIS SEASON. Aminu committed here before Pickett, Yurtseven and McClung played a minute in the NBA. So when is all this great player development from Ewing going to translate into big time recruits coming into the program?

Would have been nice if he stayed here and did that! But he sounds happy so do your thing. Good kid but don’t think he had that option. Really, I dont know his back story. He has skills we could have used at 6-8. He showed snippets of skills and size I think we could use. But he's gone, so bye!

But he's gone, so bye! He was too skinny and lacked strength as a freshman. The new coach is complaining about the same thing at UTEP saying he is too skinny. Can't seem to gain weight or muscle.

But he's gone, so bye! Just normal attrition. Remember we were over the limit when he transferred so someone had to go. From what I understand it was more of a TJ Berger situation than a Wahab one if that makes sense. He’s a good kid so hoping he does well in El Paso.
