I think since Jesse has 2 fouls as well, he's just playing the smart move that Mourning picking up foul number 3 in 1st half is not a big issue but don't want Govan playing entire 2nd half with fouo trouble. |

This is a ridiculous strategy that Coach K even said he was happy most coaches except for him did. Jessie has not shown to be foul prone. All 40 minutes of a game count the same. |
