Some of you need to chill on the coach hate. Hes running an NBA O predicated on a top quality PG and off ball movement, it's not all there yet, true. His D is leaving a lot to be desired but that is his true weakness coming from the NBA where D is an afterthought. An NbA OFffeNSe! (spongebob meme) Sorry the meme doesnt work with that few of letters but those that get it will get it. |

That's fair but then shouldn't he to some degree alter his approach at times to fit the strengths of his personel? What is there to alter? The key now is to teach his PG to make the right decision, I'm sure he teaches it but it's up to the guys on the court to make the right choice and the off-ball guys to get open in the right spots. As far as defense goes, I agree but again it's a foreseeable weakness and I hope he focuses on it for his personal development going forward. Hope you're right because we are struggling once again w/an inferior opponent and things don't feel like their improving. I am not expecting miracles after 10 games but some movement in the right direction on both ends would be nice.... |
