Justyn Mutts, 6’7” PF transfer from Deleware is someone to look at. Reported grad transfer with 2 years to play.

I'd be shocked if Williamson doesn't follow Forbes to Wake

Don't see any reason why he'd choose us, given the options he'll have... but at least we're making contact. That'd be a great pickup. Nembhard/Harris Blair/Beard Bile/Clark Pickett/Sibley Wahab/Igohoefe Harris/Berger/Wilson There are still questions there, sure. But there's also a bit of talent, some experience, no real "holes", and the hope that the FR can learn on the job (and there's some real nuggets of quality in that quantity).

Yeah - he's not a grad. I just think these waivers are going to be handed out like candy this year. I could surely be wrong.

What do we think the significance is of Crouch following players? Has that pre-dated any actual commitments? I am not being sarcastic but honestly don't know and sure hope it is a predictor of good things in the future

I am not being sarcastic but honestly don't know and sure hope it is a predictor of good things in the future It has for Bile and Jalen Harris. But it doesn’t necessarily mean we are heavily interested in a player, only that a line of communication was opened. There are also plenty of players we have reached out to that Crouch didn’t follow, which tells you that it is only a potential indication we are interested in a player and neither all-encompassing of our transfer/grad-transfer efforts nor necessarily indicative that the player he follows is someone we would take.

I am not being sarcastic but honestly don't know and sure hope it is a predictor of good things in the future - Crouch is the only member of the staff I can find that publicly follows recruited players. Ewing doesn't follow anyone interesting, I can't find Orr or Kirby on twitter or IG, and Waheed's account is private. - Neither Twitter nor IG expose follow dates, so I cannot say for sure that his follows have pre-dated any commitments - but my guess based on follow order is that he followed both Berger and Bile just prior to their commitments. I can't prove that though because I've only been tracking his follows for a few weeks. - his follows are basically all players that we have been mentioned with - over the last couple of months, here is the list : Nembhard, Mutts, PJ Horne, Justin Smith, Daivien Williamson, Berger, Olaniyi, Romello White, Sibande, Betrand, Freeman-Liberty, Santos-Silva, Deandre Williams, Bile, Justin Kier, Andrew Garcia

tc Depending on app versus website, both Instagram and Twitter order followers by most recent first (or after accounts you and the other person mutually follow).

Agreed - I think the question was whether his follows had proceeded a commitment though, and that's not something that either the website, the app, or the APIs expose. We could set up a bot that polls his follows though like twitter.com/TrumpsAlert

Like I said, the follows have been an early indicator of initial contact/interest. They have not been an early indicator of a commitment.
