I was sitting right behind the bench and Mark was in the best seat in the house. Right on the aisle behind Coach Pat. Hopefully he liked what he saw. It was actually a somewhat decent crowd and atmosphere for a game against CCSU.

There isn’t a lot of news lately, I have twelve offers right now from all over the country and there are some new schools talking to me like Texas Tech, Ohio State and Oklahoma State,” Langford said. “It’s an exciting process.”
Two schools have pursued him the hardest so far in his recruitment.
“UConn and Virginia Tech I would say are recruiting me the hardest at this point,” he said.

Dain Dainja: Grassroots Sizzle 2020 guard Jalen Suggs, a consensus five-star, top-10 prospect, was the main attraction. And he definitely did not disappoint. But, at least on this day, the best player on the court was Suggs' teammate: Dain Dainja, a four-star power forward out of Park Center in Minneapolis. The 6-foot-9, 240-pounder showcased college-level balance down low, sound defensive principles and a well-rounded offensive arsenal that stretches from 2 to 22 feet. He needs to trim some body fat and add arc to his shot. But, based on his performance this week in Milwaukee, Dainja is a top-50-level prospect. And Iowa and Iowa State are squarely in the mix. The Hawkeyes were his first high-major offer in April. The Cyclones weren't far behind, offering the skilled big in May. Now, Dainja holds offers from Xavier, Baylor, Marquette, Clemson, Georgetown, Illinois, Minnesota, Kansas State, Northwestern, Pitt, Texas A&M and West Virginia. He said he's also receiving interest from Texas, Kansas and Florida. Dainja's father, Dana Jackson, played for Minnesota in the 1990s. www.desmoinesregister.com/story/sports/high-school/recruiting/2018/07/20/ny-2-la-summer-jam-dain-dainja-going-explode-iowa-and-iowa-state-recruiting-jalen-suggs-tyler-beard/804979002/Jalen Suggs

MOST SKILLED
50 NATIONAL - STATE 15 POSITION JAYDEN STONE RANK N/A 6'3" | 170 LBS | SG SACRED HEART CATHOLIC SCHOOL BIRMINGHAM, AL CLASS OF 2020 UNDECIDED There are sound guards and then there is Jayden Stone, the next to emerge out of the Australian basketball system, and the top 50 guard showed off his entire repertoire on Saturday. Smooth, skilled and steady, Stone has put on the proper weight in recent months and used this added strength to produce within traffic more consistently, a prime example being his nine rebounds. Meanwhile, everything Stone does offensively is with a purpose. He can shoot from deep, score on soft floaters in the lane and also run high-ball screen actions. Auburn, Creighton, Iowa State, Tennessee and Vanderbilt are the five that were showing the most love to date, he told Rivals.com. In a day and age where versatile guards that can think the game and do so in an efficient manner has become of even greater importance, look for the Aussie native to become a much more talked-about name as his junior season begins.

Dainja hasn't yet scheduled any visits for the winter, but if he does Florida, Georgetown, Iowa and West Virginia are some programs he mentioned interest in seeing.

"I plan on taking five official visits from December to February, I want to get them all done. Arizona, Marquette, Florida, West Virginia, Iowa, Iowa State, Georgetown and Kansas are some I'm thinking of.

Pretty sure he has an offer from Georgetown from over the summer, but this is confirmation that the staff did see him last night.

In addition to the Dematha guys, Lynn Greer III ('20), and Jalen Duren ('22) who play for Roman Catholic might be potential targets.
