Has he been on a visit yet to hall visit?. I would think he would have visited whatever school first, before picking them.

Yea I might be right. Gotta think something is brewing tho, that baldwin announces a date to committ right after dockery commits to maryland. Gotta mak u wonder. Would be a huge fan of this if true. From the vids i've watched (admittedly, havent seen in person), I am just shocked by how low he is ranked. Solid shot; solid handle (a little high on dribble at times but not too bad); GREAT court vision/teammate awareness; seems almost equally comfortable going right vs left (based on shot, i'm assuming he's a lefty) so can't overplay him in either direction; good anticipation on D and long rebounds; very calm under pressure especially for a soph/rising jr. . .Layer on a JR Akinjo hounding him in practice everyday as a FR, and this kid would be BE-ready very quickly. |

Typically a prospect committing this early is good for a local program... Ace Baldwin's commitment date tweet has been deleted so I doubt his November 9th commitment is still occurring... |

Lol Hmm...In this day and age in recruiting it would have been stranger for him to actually commit to a college program before his junior season starts and actually make it to that same college campus to start his college freshmen year. Check out what Tray Jackson did tonight... That's why college coaches say recruiting never stops... |

I still hold on to what Michael Sweetney did with awe with his early commitment which allowed him to practice and train with the Hoyas after his high school junior year then involved after his high school senior season. That was impressive. I would love to see that again, if it is possible in the regulations. |

Probably needs his own thread. I like his game a lot. Crafty lefty with smooth stroke and quick moves. Would make for a nice holiday gift.

Baldwin is ranked behind Curbelo who Hoyas also have an offer out to and have recently been talking to. This could get interesting.
Now wondering about a trip to Baltimore for a St. Francis game (known affectionately here as the school across from Arkham Asylum).
