At least we'll get a better pick in the draft.

Of course a breakdown in defense costs the win. No way Fischer should have been that open. Ran right by copeland

Another bad job coaching. Or someone didn't listen. Hard to say which one. Why pick one?

At least this time JTIII drew the play up to give it to Ike and the hail marry shot almost went in.

You would think we are tanking for a number one pick.

This team has not quit, does not give up, but really does stupid things to lose games. Once again, a game lost because of fouls we didn't even need to commit, since we had the lead. It's a rollercoaster through the win.

At least this time JTIII drew the play up to give it to Ike and the hail marry shot almost went in. Please - how hard a play is that? "Ok guys we have 1 second left, let's go for the hail mary because they will be thinking we'll try for the full length of court dribble and lay-up."

C'mon, win on last shot -- perfect scenario, since we wouldn't have to play defense afterward! I felt in my gut our only way to win was to score with no time remaining. And, so.

I mean, you have to be incredibly obviously open for a guard to make that pass in that situation....That's how pathetic the defense was.

Although that would have been III's finest coaching moment of the year. Without that not sure he has one.

Another bad job coaching. Or someone didn't listen. Hard to say which one. Your very funny did you see Copeland blow the clear assignment. but your not alone many here will blame it on the coach.

Did we go zone press on the last possession? Is that what happened?
Why Williams was in the game earlier, I just don't know.
But the game was lost on D. We just can't defend anyone. I think k we found out what happens if we don't foul....we give up uncontested layup after uncontested layup. Man, zone press, 1-3-1, 2-3. We even tried an old school run and jump.
Boy, the O looked great too. I loved DSR actually playing the role of the typical five in some of those sets. Never seen that one before and it worked pretty well.
Jesse missed approximately 145 wide open cutters tonight.

I'm gonna say it was Riyan - he's all the way out guarding the guy for the corner three when the ball is still at midcoast. I don't think he's supposed to be in the guy's grill at the 3 point line at that point. Assume he's supposed to be much nearer to the paint and in the unlikely event the guy in the corner is literally waiting for the pass being thrown to him then he's supposed to close hard.
I am certainly not an X and O hoops guy though, so feel free to say I'm wrong.
My only thing though - why is Riyan on the floor there? Govan can't be planted under the basket with his hands up instead? then don't have to worry about two guards closest to our basket.

Stupid Mental mistake at the end. By Either Kaleb or DSR. I thought it was Johnson that was caught flat-footed. Guess it really doesn't matter now.

I think it might have been that Hoya writer that was on the floor at the end who didn't pick up the streaking player.
