Worst Hoya team of the modern era? Certainly most disappointing.

This team has a bunch of babies who cant handle adversity. Cameron and Campbell bust. But Cameron played under 5 minutes.

Worst Hoya team of the modern era? Certainly most disappointing. In terms of unwatchability, only the 2003-2004 team comes close. This team is painful. Painful.

Don't be so negative, I think once we get to Madison Square Garden this team focuses. I agree they have just been toying with us all year. There going to turn it on at MSG and run the table. Ya ok.... Luckily we will get Depaul or St. John's on Wednesday, so we should not have to head back to DC until Friday morning.

Every other team goes to the free line twice as often. This discrepancy it is why our offense is terrible. DSR had 6 contested shot (0-6) while the SH point guar when to the free throw three consecutive times. Either our style of basketball change or JT III has to go. This is an embarrassment. You can see that DSR and Ike are completely disinterested during the game.

Ooof. Now we need to beat Nova (and?) or X. Plus win a bunch. This was not a game to lose. This site is going to go up in flames now. I feel sorry for DSR. I see that you have finally came around to reality. Optimism and realism are not mutually exclusive.....

Isn't that what this program is about? We're not some factory like the others that don't do it our way.

I don't love Reggie Cameron, but this is indicative of a coach who doesn't know what is going on with his team. Reggie was getting a ton of time early on, was often the first guy off the bench, and started a few games. Now he's a ghost. Coach doesn't know what his rotation is, doesn't know what his best lineup is, and can't figure out how to put these pieces (that he recruited) together.

This unfortunately is a fair question... Hard to say remember this team lost to RADFORD to start the season. The answer is they've been bad all season. Questions have to be asked. We are worse. The best 3 games we played this season were against Duke, Maryland and Wisconsin, IMO. I think we got extremely lucky against Xavier because they had an off night and let's face it Tre scored more points in that game than he had the whole season combined. Other than that, what have we even done lately? A miracle against Creighton and then sweeping SJU and DePaul. Those are the only teams worse.

I haven't watched much of our last few games. (Honestly, I'd rather stay at work than watch this worse-than-mediocre, brick-laying, foul-machine team.) But serious question for people who have been watching closely all year: Are we actually worse now than we were at the start of the season? This team would still lose to Radford, Monmouth, and UNC Asheville So you tell me, is this team any better know? Besides losing Paul White and Bradley Hayes, though that is no excuse for the performance tonight.

SHU's last field goal was Whitehead's 3 to give them a 15 point lead with 14:15 left in the game. And we never got closer than 6 points after that. So Editeding sad watching this team. Wow. didn't see game, but why did Isaac only attempt one shot over the last 30 minutes of the game? We missed a dunk in the last minute.

Next question: is there anyone left on this board that doesn't think this team universally sucks? Anyone out there that still sees some positives? Anyone that can give me a reason to hope that if I go to the Villanova game I won't be walking out of there enduring those awful sympathetic glances from the god awful nova fans thinking geez sorry your team has gotten so bad. If I do go, I'll be the one with the paper bag on his head.

That loss sums up the season for me. FT disparity was outrageous and the offense was disgusting. Again, with this east-west passing and high pick and roll, there has to be something else we can do. Although, we prove ourselves incapable of making routine passes inside, so maybe this is all we are capable of. The team looked like it never believed it could win tonight, not the way I wanted to see DSR go out.
This team just does not fit well together, but more disturbing, I cannot see a realistic way it gets much better next season.

How about Mourning and his benching after the Porvidence game!! JT3 is as much as Jekyll and Hyde as his team. You just don't know which JT3 is going to show up.

It just takes too long for this staff to see that. They have been bad from the beginning to the end so at least they were consistent with a few minor hiccups of showing some ability.

This team has a bunch of babies who cant handle adversity. Cameron and Campbell bust. But Cameron played under 5 minutes. Cameron. Had his chance. When Derrickson got hurt. Produced nothing. I was on his bandwagon when JTIII didn't play him freshman and sophomore year. He is a junior. And knowing he is on the team over Hart don't make it better. Seton Hall is starting Soph. Time for this team to stop reading the press clipping and put on the hard hat and go to work. Oh maybe they need to start reading the press clipping.
